آینده‌پژوهی مسئله‌محور فرهنگی در راستای توسعه پایدار

توسعه، اصلی‌ترین برنامه ملی روبه‌آینده کشورها و ملت‌ها به شمار می‌رود و نسبت کشورها با مسئله توسعه، جایگاه آن‌ها را در نظام جهانی تعیین می‌کند. مفهوم توسعه پایدار از دل تلاش‌های جامعه جهانی برای تطابق شاخص‌های مختلف توسعه با آرمان‌هایی چون صلح، آزادی و زیست‌سازگاری به وجود آمد و امروزه در ادبیات توسعه به عنوان گفتمان غالب مطرح است. دغدغه اصلی توسعه پایدار، پرهیز از اقدامات تک‌بعدی و توجه به زمین و محیط زیست با هدف پایدارسازی دستاوردهای توسعه برای نسل‌های بعد و توجه به ضمائم دیگر توسعه ازجمله ارزش‌های فرهنگی است. با توجه به ارزش زیرساختی فرهنگ در مسئله توسعه پایدار و نقش آن در آموزش، رشد اجتماعی و بومی‌گرایی، توجه به فرهنگ و هنر به عنوان عاملی پیش‌برنده، یکی از علل موفقیت طرح‌های توسعه بوده است. کاربست فرهنگ‌پژوهی و آینده‌پژوهی فرهنگی در مسیر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار نیازمند تبیین مسائل مهم فرهنگ و روابط میان‌رشته‌ای فرهنگ با سایر قلمروهای توسعه پایدار است. این مقاله از نوع کیفی بوده و اطلاعات آن به روش کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری و به روش توصیفی  تحلیلی پردازش شده است و درصدد شناخت اهمیت و جایگاه مسئله‌محوری در پژوهش‌های فرهنگی و کاربست آن در آینده‌پژوهی معطوف به توسعه است. بررسی نقش مسائل حوزه فرهنگ و رابطه آن با توسعه پایدار نشان می‌دهد؛ استقرار و تمرکز پژوهش‌های فرهنگی و هنری بر مسائل آینده‌محور و میان‌رشته‌ای می‌تواند ظرفیت‌های فرهنگ را به عنوان یکی از الزامات توسعه، در راستای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار به کار گیرد. عاملیت فرهنگ در سایر دانش‌ها، ضرورت مطالعات آینده‌پژوهی را با دو مشخصۀ «میان‌رشتگی» و «مسئله‌محوری» آشکار می‌کند و برای اینکه پژوهش‌های فرهنگی نقش شایسته‌ای در مسئله جامع و چندوجهی توسعه ایفا کنند و زیرساخت‌های فکری و ذهنی لازم را برای آن فراهم کنند، کشف و شناخت درست مسئله و انتخاب روش‌های مناسب پژوهش برای رفع آن‌ها لازم است.

cultural issue-based future studies for sustainable development

development is considered the most crucial national program for the future of countries and nations, and their development status determines their position within the global system. the concept of sustainable development emerged from global community efforts to align various development indicators with ideals such as peace, freedom, and environmental sustainability and is now prevalent in development literature. the primary focus of sustainable development is to avoid one-sided actions and prioritize land and environmental sustainability to ensure development accomplishments for future generations, including consideration of other development aspects such as cultural values. the significant role of culture in sustainable development and its impact on education, social progress, and sustainability, along with the focus on culture and art as a driving factor, has been one of the reasons for the success of development initiatives. the utilization of cultural studies and cultural future studies in the journey towards achieving sustainable development requires the exploration of crucial cultural issues and interdisciplinary connections of culture with other areas of sustainable development. this qualitative article is based on information collected from libraries and processed using descriptive-analytical methods, with the aim of acknowledging the importance and central role of issue-focused research in cultural studies and its application to future research development. the analysis of the role of cultural issues and their correlation with sustainable development illustrates that establishing and directing cultural and artistic research toward future-oriented and interdisciplinary issues can enhance the potential of culture as a prerequisite for attaining sustainable development. the role of culture in various fields underscores the importance of future studies characterized by interdisciplinarity and problem orientation. to effectively address the intricate and diverse challenges of development and establish the required intellectual and cognitive groundwork, it is crucial to define the issue precisely and choose suitable research methodologies to overcome it.
