درآمدی بر شناخت فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های ادغام تفکر طراحی در آموزش عالی

تفکر طراحی یک رویکرد حل مسئله نوآورانه است که مورد توجه صنایع مختلف قرار گرفته است. در سال‌های اخیر، تفکر طراحی به حوزه آموزش عالی نیز راه پیدا کرده، و دایره این نفوذ از رشته‌های مرتبط با طراحی فراتر رفته است. با توجه به این جایگاه، هدف این مقاله بررسی نقش تفکر طراحی در شکل‌دهی به آینده آموزش عالی است. دو پرسش اساسی در این زمینه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است:1. ویژگی‌های تفکر طراحی که آن را برای آموزش عالی مفید می‌سازد چیست؟ و 2. محدودیت‌ها یا اثرات منفی تفکر طراحی در این راستا کدامند؟ این مقاله با اتکا به نظر متفکرانی که در فصل مشترک تفکر طراحی و آموزش عالی قلم زده‌اند با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با اتکا به مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و نیز پیمایشی مبتنی بر نظرات استادان درس طراحی در معماری، سعی در یافتن پاسخ پرسش‌های فوق نموده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد اصولی همچون افزایش همدلی، دانشجومحوری، همکاری، تکرار، آزمایش و شکست مولد، رویکرد بین‌رشته‌ای، تجارب ضمنی، کاهش سوگیری شناختی، یادگیری خلاق، اعتماد خلاق و بیش از همه، راه‌حل‌های شگفت‌انگیز، ازجمله دستاوردهای انگیزه‌بخش ادغام تفکر طراحی در تجارب آموزشی می‌باشند. همچنین در کنار این مزایا، فهرست قابل توجهی از مشکلات بالقوه نمایان گردید. عدم اعتماد به نفس خلاق، تعارضات کار تیمی، اضطراب و سرخوردگی، ایده‌های سطحی، و ناهماهنگی بین محتوای یادگیری و فرایند تفکر طراحی ازجمله پیامدهای بالقوه منفی این رویکرد در آموزش دیده شدند. این تحقیق به عنوان درآمدی بر معرفی و شناخت فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تفکر طراحی در آموزش عالی می‌تواند برای معلمان و استادان، مدیران دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی و برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و مبنایی بر غور بیشتر در این زمینه و در راستای چگونگی توسعه آن برای محققان باشد. طبیعتاً استفاده از این رویکرد در هر یک از عرصه‌های آموزشی چالش‌ها و مسائل خودش را دارد و تدقیق در هر یک از آنها مستلزم تحقیق و مجالی جداگانه است.

an introduction to understanding the opportunities and challenges of integrating design thinking in higher education

design thinking is an innovative problem-solving approach that has garnered attention from various industries. recently, design thinking has also entered the realm of higher education, extending beyond design-related fields. this article aims to explore the impact of design thinking on the future of higher education. it addresses two key questions: (1) what are the beneficial characteristics of design thinking for higher education? (2) what are the limitations or adverse effects of design thinking in this context? drawing on the insights of scholars who have explored the intersection of design thinking and higher education, this article employs a descriptive-analytical method, utilizing library studies and a survey of design instructors in architecture to address these questions. the findings of this research reveal that principles such as fostering empathy, student-centeredness, collaboration, iteration, experimentation, productive failure, interdisciplinary approaches, incidental experiences, reducing cognitive biases, creative learning, creative confidence, and, most importantly, innovative solutions are among the achievements in integrating design thinking into educational settings. despite these advantages, a notable set of potential issues has also surfaced. these include a lack of creative self-confidence, conflicts within team dynamics, anxiety and frustration, superficial ideas, and a mismatch between learning content and the design thinking process. this study serves as an introduction to understanding the opportunities and challenges of design thinking in higher education. it can benefit teachers, professors, university managers, higher education institutions, and educational planners, providing a foundation for further exploration in this area and for researchers to develop it. naturally, applying this approach in each education field faces unique challenges and issues when implementing this approach, necessitating individual investigation and dedicated focus.
