آموزش معماری علیه پرورش معمار! (اصلاح و آینده­پژوهی در آموزش معماری ایران)

با توجه به سابقۀ بیش از هشتاد سال آموزش معماری به صورت آکادمیک در ایران و فراز و نشیب­هایی که در این سال­های دراز به نظاره نشسته­ایم و نیز گذشت افزون بر چهل سال از تجربۀ تغییر و تحولات ستاد انقلاب فرهنگی در نظام آموزش معماری پس از انقلاب اسلامی؛ مشاهده می­شود شکاف و فاصله زیادی بین آموزش رسمی با حرفۀ معماری ایجاد شده است و به نظر می­رسد اکنون وقت آن رسیده است که ضمن شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت آن، با آینده­پژوهی در آموزش معماری ایران و توجه به ویژگی­های تاریخی - اجتماعی و زمینه­های ساختاری و فرهنگی به اصلاح وضع موجود پرداخته شود. این پژوهش ضمن شناخت مشکلات و معضلات اساسی که آموزش معماری را تضعیف کرده و به سوی ناکارآمدی سوق داده است؛ به جای تحلیل محض به دنبال راه حل هست که در این راستا با اصلاح و آینده­پژوهی مبتنی بر روش تحقیق دلفی و نیز سناریو­پردازی بر اساس مولفه­های: اقدام­ها، روندها، رویدادها و تصویرها؛ وضعیت آینده را در چهار سطح: 1- آینده ممکن، 2- آینده باورکردنی، 3- آینده محتمل و 4- آینده مطلوب یا مرجح در آموزش معماری ایران را با سناریو و داستان­پردازی­های مختلف برنامه­ریزی و طراحی کند؛ و تلاش نماید در سطح چهارم، چشم­انداز و دورنمای وضعیت مطلوب آموزش معماری ایران در آینده را تجسم و ترسیم نموده و در جهت کاهش شکاف ژرف بین آموزش آکادمیک و حرفۀ معماری حرکت کند.

education in architecture versus the cultivation of architect training! (reform and future studies in architectural education)

with over eighty years of history in academic architectural education in iran and the fluctuations observed during this extended period, along with more than forty years passing since the cultural revolution s changes and their impact on the post-islamic revolution architectural education system, a significant gap has emerged between formal education and the architecture profession. it is imperative to address this issue by identifying its strengths and weaknesses, coupled with future research in architectural education in iran, considering historical-social characteristics and structural-cultural contexts. this research, acknowledging the fundamental problems and challenges that have undermined architectural education and led it towards inefficiency, aims not only to analyze but also to find solutions. to achieve this, it utilizes future research through the delphi method and scenario planning, focusing on elements such as actions, trends, events, and visions, to plan and design the future landscape at four levels: 1- possible future, 2- plausible future, 3- probable future, and 4- preferred future in architectural education in iran, incorporating various scenarios and narrative constructions. the objective is to envision and delineate the desirable state of architectural education in iran s future and strive towards bridging the profound gap between academic education and architectural practice.
