نگاه انتقادی به سرمایه اجتماعی در نظام آموزش عالی کشوربرای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار

کیفیت روابط بین افراد به عنوان سرمایه اجتماعی زمانی از اهمیت دوچندان برخوردار می‌شود که نیروی انسانی یک نهاد (مثل آموزش عالی کشور) خود تربیت‌کننده نیروی انسانی سایر نهاد‌های جامعه باشد. از این‌رو بررسی کمیت و کیفیت روابط استادان دانشگاه با یکدیگر هم میزان سرمایه اجتماعی و اندیشه انتقادی در بین معماران جامعه را نشان می‌دهد و هم می‌تواند جنبه الگویی برای دانشجویان و مدیران فردای این جامعه باشد. در پرتو ارتباط بین افراد، سرمایه‌ای به وجود می‌آید که می‌توان از آن هم در جهت رشد و توسعه اقتصادی بهره جست و هم از این سرمایه برای بهبود مساله‌های آموزشی بهره جست. حال آیا می‌توان استادان دانشگاه را به عنوان یک سرمایه اجتماعی تلقی کرد و این گروه بزرگ اجتماعی را از این زاویه مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار داد؟ و مهم‌ترین سوال اصلی تحقیق عبارت است از: 1. ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی (شناختی، ساختاری، ارتباطی) استادان دانشگاه چیست و در چه حدی است؟ 2. مولفه‌های هریک از ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی (شناختی، ساختاری، ارتباطی) استادان دانشگاه چیست ؟ جامعه آماری تحقیق استادان دانشگاه‌های تهران و حجم نمونه به تعداد 420 نفر و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با بهره‌گیری از شاخص‌های کلیدی می‌باشد که روایی آن مورد تایید صاحبنظران و پایایی آن با ضریب 78/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مشخص شد که بعد شناختی سرمایه اجتماعی استادان دانشگاه در بالاترین سطح قرار داشته اما بعد ارتباطی سرمایه اجتماعی استادان در سطح پایین‌تری قرار داشته و بعد ساختاری سرمایه اجتماعی استادان در پایین‌ترین سطح از سطوح سه گانه سرمایه اجتماعی قرار دارد و این خود نشان می‌دهد که خود استادان هر چند نگرش خوبی نسبت به سرمایه اجتماعی دارند اما ساختار و سازمان دانشگاه نتوانسته است این فرصت را برای استادان فراهم آورد.

a critical examination of social capital in the nation's higher education system for attaining sustainable development

the quality of relationships among individuals as social capital becomes crucial when the human force of an institution (such as the country s higher education) plays a role in educating the human force of other societal institutions. therefore, examining the quantity and quality of relationships among university professors not only reflects the level of social capital and critical thinking among the society s architects but also can serve as a model for the students and future managers of this society. through interpersonal relationships, capital is formed that can be utilized for both economic growth and development and for improving educational issues. can university professors be considered social capital, and can this extensive social group be assessed and evaluated from this perspective? the main research questions are: 1) what are the dimensions of social capital (cognitive, structural, relational) among university professors, and to what extent? 2) what are the components of each dimension of social capital (cognitive, structural, relational) among university professors? the research population consists of professors from tehran universities, with a sample size of 420 individuals. the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire using key indicators confirmed in terms of validity by experts and with a reliability coefficient of 0.78. after collecting the data, it was revealed that the cognitive dimension of social capital among university professors was at the highest level, while the relational dimension was at a lower level, and the structural dimension of social capital among professors was at the lowest level of the three levels of social capital. this indicates that although the professors have a positive attitude towards social capital, the university s structure and organization have not been able to provide this opportunity for them.
