مفهوم و کارکرد نظام‌های آموزش عالی هنر در تحقق و پیشبرد اهداف توسعه پایدار

ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های نظام آموزش عالی هنر با توجه به اشتغال‌زایی و کارآفرینی در ایران که از زمینه‌های گسترده فرهنگی و هنری برخوردار است، بر کسی پوشیده نیست. بهره‌گیری درست از قابلیت‌های این نظام با توجه به مهم‌ترین محورهای مورد نظر در نظام آموزش عالی هنر ازجمله جذب و پذیرش برترین استعدادهای جوان، آگاه و باانگیزه رشد و تعالی فرهنگی و علمی کشور و تقویت و به‌روزرسانی وضعیت آموزش و پژوهش در محیط‌های علمی- دانشگاهی و ایجاد ارتباط با جامعه و صنعت و ایجاد بازارهای پژوهش محور و روزآمد متناسب با نیازهای فرهنگی جامعه می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار باشد. ازآنجایی‌که اهداف توسعه پایدار می‌تواند نقش به سزایی در بهبود وضعیت معیشت و برآورده شدن نیازهای اساسی بشری ایفا نماید، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تاثیر بنیادین مفهوم و کارکرد نظام‌های آموزش عالی هنر بر تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار را، از طریق کارآفرینی و اشتغال‌زایی ضمن توجه به خصائص اخلاقی هنر، مورد بررسی قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر ضمن توجه به ارتباط آرای آمارتیا سِنْ با اهداف توسعه پایدار که به وجه و نقش انسان به عنوان هدف توسعه می‌نگرد و توسعه اقتصادی را بدون در نظر گرفتن قابلیت‌ها و رویکردهای انسانی امکان‌پذیر نمی‌داند، هنر و فرهنگ را از زیربناهای توسعه پایدار به شمار می‌آورد. در این پژوهش از روش دلفی کلاسیک برای تبیین چیستی این مفهوم و پاسخ به این پرسش که «نظام‌های آموزش عالی هنر با تکیه بر کارآفرینی و اشتغال‌زایی چه تاثیری بر تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار خواهند داشت؟» استفاده شده است.

the capacities and capabilities of the art higher education system regarding job creation and entrepreneurship in iran, which has wide cultural and artistic fields, are not hidden from anyone. proper utilization of this system s capabilities in key areas of higher art education, such as attracting and accepting talented young individuals for cultural and scientific advancement, enhancing education and research standards in academic settings, fostering connections with society and industry, and developing research-driven markets to meet societal needs, can pave the way for achieving sustainable development objectives. since the goals of sustainable development can play a significant role in improving the living conditions and meeting basic human needs, the present research tries to determine the fundamental effect of the concept and function of higher education systems of art on the realization of the goals of sustainable development, through the work of creation and job creation while paying attention to the moral characteristics of art. when considering amartya sen s views in relation to sustainable development goals, which prioritize human well-being and view economic progress as intertwined with human abilities, creativity, and cultural aspects, it highlights the essential role of art and culture as foundational elements of sustainable development. in this research, the classic delphi method has been used to explain what this concept is and to answer the question, how will art higher education systems relying on entrepreneurship and job creation affect the realization of sustainable development goals?
