بازنگری جنس kermanellaدرنهشته‌های کامبرین شمال زرند (استان کرمان)

اجتماع تریلوبیتی کم‌تنوعی شامل تاکسون غالب kermanella kuhbananensis woifart,1974، و چند قطعه‌ی بدحفظ‌شده redlichia sp. از نهشته‌های کامبرین (اشکوب 4) برشی در شمال غرب ناحیه‌ی کرمان، واقع در شمال روستای کوه‌بنان جمع‌آوری و مطالعه گردید. این تریلوبیت‌ها از بخش زیرین سازند کوه‌بنان به سن کامبرین بدست آمده‌اند. سازند کوه‌بنان واحد سنگ‌چینه‌شناسی با سنگ‌شناسی متنوع شامل تناوبی از سنگ‌آهک‌های خاکستری نازک تا ضخیم‌لایه، شیل و ماسه‌سنگ به ضخامت کلی 184 متر است. حضور redlichia در سازند کوه‌بنان، تطابق آن را با اشکوب 4 کامبرین از چارت بین‌المللی گاه‌چینه‌شناسی ممکن می‌سازد. این اجتماع تریلوبیتی می‌تواند یکی از قدیمی‌ترین اجتماعات گزارش شده تا کنون از ایران محسوب شود.

revision of the genus kermanella in the cambrian deposits of north zarand (kerman province)

a low diversity trilobite association, including kermanella kuhbananensis woifart,1974 as a dominant taxon and a few poorly preservedredlichia sp., has been recovered and studied from the cambrian deposits (cambrian stage 4) exposed at north-western part of the kermanregion, north of the village of kuhbanan. here the trilobites occur in the lower part of the cambrian kuhbanan formation, which represents aheterolithic lithostratigraphic unit comprised intercalated gray, thin to thick bedded limestone, shale and sandstone, in total up to 184 m thick.the occurrence of redlichia supports correlation of the kuhbanan formation with the cambrian stage 4 of the international chronostratigraphicchart. this trilobite association can be considered among the oldest discovered in iran up to date.
