مقایسه عدالت در اقتصاد سرمایه داری و اقتصاد اسلامی از منظر تفکر سیستمی

مقایسه عدالت در نظام اقتصادی سرمایه داری و نظام اقتصادی اسلامی از منظر تفکر سیستمی، موضوعی پیچیده و گسترده است. این مقاله به بررسی نظریه سیستمی عدالت می‌پردازد که بیان می‌کند تحقق عدالت تنها با عملکرد مجموعه‌ای از عناصر و خرده نظام‌های مرتبط با یکدیگر ممکن است. هدف این مقاله، بررسی تطبیقی دو سیستم، نظام اقتصاد اسلامی و نظام اقتصاد سرمایه داری و بررسی اصول اساسی آنها از نظر عدالت در توزیع ثروت است. برای این منظور، با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی، با توجه به نحوه رسیدن به اهداف اصلی یا فرعی و جهان‌ بینی حاکم بر هر کدام، تفاوت عدالت در نظام اقتصاد اسلامی و سرمایه داری بررسی شده است. یافته های این مقاله نشان می دهد که در نظام اقتصادی سرمایه داری، تمرکز بر تولید سود و رشد اقتصادی است و توزیع ثروت به صورت غیرمتقارن و نامتوازنی انجام می شود. در حالی که در نظام اقتصادی اسلامی، توجه به توزیع عادلانه ثروت و تامین نیازهای ضروری و عادی مردم است. همچنین، در نظام اقتصادی اسلامی، مفهوم مالکیت و توزیع ثروت بر اساس ارزش های دینی و اخلاقی تعریف می شود، در حالی که در نظام اقتصادی سرمایه داری، مالکیت و توزیع ثروت بر اساس قوانین بازار و حقوق مالکیت تعریف می شود. نتیجه گیری این مقاله، نشان می دهد که نظام اقتصادی اسلامی و سرمایه داری، دو سیستم با اصول، ارزش ها و مکانیسم های عملیاتی خاص خود هستند که رویکرد آنها را به عدالت در امور اقتصادی شکل می دهد. با این حال، نظام اقتصادی اسلامی با توجه به توزیع عادلانه ثروت و تامین نیازهای ضروری و عادی مردم، به نظر می رسد برای دستیابی به اهداف اصلی یا فرعی، بهترین راهکارها را ارائه می دهد.

comparing justice in the capitalist economic system and the islamic economic system from a systemic thinking perspective is a complex and extensive subject. this article examines the systemic theory of justice, which states that achieving justice is only possible through the performance of a set of elements and related subsystems. the aim of this article is to compare the two systems, the islamic economic system and the capitalist economic system, and examine their fundamental principles in terms of justice in wealth distribution. to this end, using descriptive and analytical research methods, the differences in justice in the islamic economic system and capitalism are examined based on how they achieve their main or subsidiary goals and their prevailing worldview. the findings of this article show that in the capitalist economic system, the focus is on profit production and economic growth, and wealth distribution is carried out in an unequal and disproportionate manner. in contrast, in the islamic economic system, attention is paid to fair wealth distribution and meeting the basic and normal needs of the people. additionally, in the islamic economic system, the concept of ownership and wealth distribution is defined based on religious and ethical values, while in the capitalist economic system, ownership and wealth distribution are defined based on market laws and property rights. the conclusion of this article shows that the islamic economic system and capitalism are two systems with their own unique principles, values, and operational mechanisms that shape their approach to justice in economic affairs. however, the islamic economic system, with its emphasis on fair wealth distribution and meeting the basic and normal needs of the people, seems to offer the best solutions for achieving their main or subsidiary goals.
