بررسی نظام‌مند مبانی نظری کاربرد پویایی سیستم در حوزه سلامت

موضوع سلامت از اولویت‌های اصلی زندگی افراد است و حفظ و گسترش آن در حوزه رفاه اجتماعی امری ضرروی می‌باشد. در سال‌های اخیر، توجه زیادی به توسعه مدل‌های شبیه سازی پویایی سیستم برای تجزیه و تحلیل مسائل پیچیده مراقبت‌های حوزه سلامت وجود داشته است. با این حال، کمبود مطالعاتی که به دنبال مرور مقالات موجود در حوزه سلامت و ارائه شواهدی در مورد اثربخشی شبیه‌سازی پویایی سیستم در این زمینه باشد، وجود ندارد. از این جهت این مقاله، به مرور سیستماتیک و تجزیه و تحلیل گسترده ای در مورد پیشرفت های اخیر در زمینه کاربرد پویایی سیستم در حوزه سلامت با استفاده از امکانات پایگاه اطلاعاتی scopus انجام شده و معیارهای عملکرد متفاوت جهت تجزیه و تحلیل استخراج شده است. به طور کلی این مقاله با هدف ارزیابی کاربرد پویایی سیستم در حوزه سلامت، خلاصه ای از روند پژوهش های صورت گرفته در این حوزه را از سال 1990 ارائه می دهد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، پیشرفت انتشار مقالات و توجه به مسئله کاربرد پویایی سیستم در حوزه سلامت از سال 2013 رو به افزایش بوده است و سهم قابل توجهی از این پژوهش در کشور آمریکا اجرا شده است.

health is one of the main priorities in people s lives, and preserving and expanding it in the field of social welfare is a dangerous thing. in recent years, there has been much attention to the development of system dynamics simulation models to analyze complex health care problems. however, there is no shortage of studies that seek to review the existing literature in the field of health and provide evidence on the effectiveness of system dynamics simulation in this field. for this reason, this article has done a systematic review and extensive analysis of the recent developments in the field of system dynamics application in the field of health using the facilities of the scopus database and different performance criteria have been extracted for analysis. . in general, this article presents a summary of the researches conducted in this field since 1990 with the aim of evaluating the application of system dynamics in the field of health. based on the results of the present research, the progress of publishing articles and paying attention to the issue of the application of system dynamics in the field of health has been increasing since 2013, and a significant part of this research has been implemented in the united states.
