تاثیر پیاده سازی فناوری های صنعت 4.0 بر زنجیره تامین مطالعه موردی : زنجیره تامین صنعت نفت

هدف از انجام این تحقیق تجزیه و تحلیل تاثیر پیاده‌سازی فناوری های صنعت 4.0 بر زنجیره‌ تامین صنعت نفت و توسعه چارچوب اجرایی با در نظر گرفتن محرک‌ها و موانع بالقوه برای پارادایم صنعت 4.0 است. برای حصول این هدف ابتدا ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش جهت کشف محرک ها و موانع کلیدی پیاده سازی فناوری های صنعت4.0 در زنجیره تامین صنعت نفت بررسی شده و ابعاد چهارگانه راهبردی، سازمانی، فناورانه و قانونی و اخلاقی استخراج گردید. سپس یک مدل پویای سیستمی دو مرحله ای برای درک تاثیر پیاده سازی فناوری های صنعت4.0 بر پارامترهای زنجیره تامین صنعت نفت با گنجاندن نیروهای محرکه و موانع شناسایی شده توسعه یافت. نتایج مدل سازی نشان دهنده بهبود سطوح موجودی توزیع کننده و فروش فرآورده های نفتی با شیوه های مدیریت موجودی مبتنی بر فناوری های صنعت 4.0 در مقایسه با سیستم زنجیره تامین سنتی است.

the impact of the implementation of industry 4.0 technologies on the supply chain case study: oil industry supply chain

the purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the implementation of industry 4.0 technologies on the supply chain of the oil industry and to develop an executive framework by considering potential drivers and obstacles for the industry 4.0 paradigm. in order to achieve this goal, the literature and research background were first examined to discover the drivers and key obstacles to the implementation of industry 4.0 technologies in the supply chain of the oil industry, and the four strategic, organizational, technological, legal and ethical dimensions were extracted. then, a two-stage dynamic system model was developed to understand the impact of the implementation of industry 4.0 technologies on the supply chain parameters of the oil industry by including the driving forces and identified barriers. the modeling results show the improvement of the distributor s inventory levels and the sale of petroleum products with inventory management practices based on industry 4.0 technologies compared to the traditional supply chain system.
