طراحی نظام مدیریت دانش در شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز

در این پژوهش هدف محقق شناسایی عوامل و شاخص های مدیریت دانش می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. از نظر دسته بندی پژوهش ها بر حسب نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی- پیمایشی محسوب می شود. متغیرها از طریق مصاحبه با نخبگان مدیران شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز و اساتید مدیریت جمع آوری شده و با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی رتبه بندی گردیدند، سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تدوین گردید و جهت ارزیابی سطح مدیریت دانش در شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز، تحلیل انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل 212 نفر از پرسنل به عنوان نمونه می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که مهمترین شاخص و عامل های مدیریت دانش در شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز شامل 11 عامل در سه دسته (شاخص) می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که ساختاری سازمانی دانش محور در رتبه اول و سیستم مدیریت و رهبری و توزیع و تسهیم دانش در رتبه و اولویت های دوم و سوم قرار دارند و همچنین بستر و زیرساختها در آخرین اولویت قرار گرفت. همچنین با آزمون تی تک متغیره آزمون ارزیابی سطح مدیریت دانش در شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز انجام گرفت که میانگین برابر 3.97 بدست آمد که با اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

in this research, the goal of the researcher is to identify the factors and indicators of knowledge management. the current research is practical in terms of purpose. in terms of the classification of researches according to the method of data collection, it is considered as a descriptive-survey type of research. the variables were collected through interviews with the elite managers of tabriz oil refining company and management professors and were ranked using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, then a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and an analysis was carried out to evaluate the level of knowledge management in tabriz oil refining company. . the statistical population includes 212 personnel as a sample. the results show that the most important indicators and factors of knowledge management in tabriz oil refining company include 11 factors in three categories (indices). the results showed that a knowledge-oriented organizational structure is in the first place, and the management and leadership system, and the distribution and sharing of knowledge are in the second and third place and priorities, and also the platform and infrastructures are placed in the last priority. also, with the one-variable test, the knowledge management level evaluation test was conducted in tabriz oil refining company, and the average was 3.97, which was confirmed with 95% confidence.
