تحلیلی بر عوامل کلیدی در پیاده سازی نوآوری باز (مطالعه موردی: شرکت فولاد هرمزگان)

امروزه روند حرکت شرکت ها به سوی نوآوری باز در راستای افزایش کامیابی و به دلیل افزایش پیچیدگی ها ی فناورانه و تحولات محیطی رو به رشد بوده است اما مسئله اصلی درک مفهوم نوآوری باز نیست بلکه ایجاد رویه ای مناسب برای پیاده سازی می باشد. نظر به اهمیت پیاده سازی نوآوری باز این پژوهش با هدف تحلیلی بر عوامل کلیدی بر پیاده سازی نوآوری باز و خروجی مورد انتظار در شرکت فولاد هرمزگان انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران، کارشناسان و متخصصان شرکت فولاد هرمزگان می باشد، که دارای حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد و فعالیت های اجرایی آنها مرتبط با تحقیق و توسعه می باشد، حجم نمونه ی 20 نفر و روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی- هدفمند است. در راستای تحقق پژوهش پس از بررسی مبانی نظری عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی نوآوری باز و همچنین خروجی های پیاده سازی موفق نوآوری باز در صنعت فولاد هرمزگان شناسایی گردید، سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحی و پس از جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها، نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن می باشد که مهمترین عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی نوآوری باز شامل فرهنگ نوآورانه، پشتیبانی و زیرساخت سازمانی و همکاری با مراکز دانشگاهی و تحقیقاتی می باشند و همچنین با اهمیت ترین خروجی های پیاده سازی موفق نوآوری باز شامل کاهش هزینه تولید، افزایش سود آوری و ارتقای کیفیت می باشد.

today, the trend of companies moving towards open innovation has been growing in order to increase success and due to the increase in technological complexity and environmental changes, but the main issue is not understanding the concept of open innovation, but creating a suitable procedure for implementation. considering the importance of implementing open innovation, this research has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the key factors of implementing open innovation and the expected output in hormozgan steel company. the statistical population of the research is managers, experts and specialists of hormozgan steel company, who have at least a master s degree and their executive activities are related to research and development, the sample size is 20 people and the method of judgment-targeted sampling. in order to realize the research, after examining the theoretical foundations of the factors affecting the implementation of open innovation, as well as the outputs of the successful implementation of open innovation in the steel industry of hormozgan, a questionnaire was designed by the researcher, and after collecting and analyzing the data, the results of the research were presented. it is that the most important factors affecting the implementation of open innovation include innovative culture, support and organizational infrastructure and cooperation with academic and research centers, and also the most important outputs of the successful implementation of open innovation include reducing production costs, increasing profitability and it is quality improvement.
