تحلیل پویایی‌شناسی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی و نقش آن در رشد اقتصادی جامعه

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی پویایی شناسی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی و نقش آن در رشد اقتصادی کشور با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم است. در این مطالعه، مدلی برای پویایی شناسی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی ارائه شده است که به درک بهتر نقش کارآفرینی در رشد اقتصادی، دریک محیط پویا، کمک می‌کند. بر همین مبنا، پس از مرور ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق، متغیرها و عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی شناسایی شده و توسط خبرگان این حوزه، مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس نمودار علی-معلولی و جریان مسئله ترسیم، و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ونسیم شبیه‌سازی و فرضیه های مختلف تحلیل و بررسی شد. در راستای ترسیم نمودارهای علی-معلولی و جریان، با توجه به تاکید ادبیات تحقیق و صاحب‌نظران، عوامل سازمانی، فردی و محیطی به عنوان عوامل کلیدی موثر بر کارآفرینی در نظر گرفته شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد عوامل سازمانی، فردی و محیطی عواملی تاثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی هستند که از طریق افزایش اثر هر کدام از عوامل نام برده، کارآفرینی و تولید ناخالص داخلی نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند. همچنین، نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن است که افزایش سطح کارآفرینی همراه با درآمد سرانه، آثار مثبتی بر رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی خواهد داشت.

dynamics of factors affecting entrepreneurship and its role in society economic growth

the main purpose of this study is to study the dynamics of factors affecting entrepreneurship and its role in economic growth of the country using system dynamics approach. in this study, a model is presented for the dynamics of the factors affecting entrepreneurship that helps to better understand the role of entrepreneurship in economic growth in a dynamic environment. accordingly, after reviewing the literature and research background, the variables and factors identified in entrepreneurship have been analyzed and analyzed by experts in this field. then, the causal graph and the flow of the problem are plotted, and analyzed using simulation software and various hypotheses. organizational, personal, and environmental factors are considered as key factors affecting entrepreneurship in order to draw causal and flow charts, according to research literature and experts. as a result of reviewing the policies of this study, it was found that organizational, individual, and environmental factors are factors affecting entrepreneurship that by increasing the impact of each of the mentioned factors, entrepreneurship and gdp are also increased. the results show that increasing the level of entrepreneurship coupled with per capita income will have positive effects on gdp growth.
