مطالعه اثر چابکی استراتژیک بر عملکرد شرکت: تحلیل نقش تعدیل گر پویایی و رقابت محیطی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر چابکی استراتژیک بر عملکرد شرکت: تحلیل نقش تعدیل گر پویایی و رقابت محیطی شرکتهای فعال منتخب در حوزه تولید مواد غذایی در شهرک صنعتی طوس بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده از نوع توصیفی، پیمایشی همبستگی می باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه سطوح مدیران عملیاتی ، میانی وعالی شرکتهای فعال منتخب در حوزه تولید مواد غذایی در شهرک صنعتی طوس است که شامل 50 شرکت و تعداد مدیران 250 نفر است. نمونه آماری متناسب با تعداد افراد جامعه با استفاده از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه آماری تعیین میشود که باتوجه به حجم جامعه، حجم نمونه برابر است با 148 نفر از سطوح مدیران عملیاتی ، میانی وعالی شرکتهای فعال منتخب در حوزه تولید مواد غذایی در شهرک صنعتی طوس است. شیوه نمونه گیری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش نیز انتخاب غیر احتمالی در دسترس است.داده‌های تحقیق با روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی گردآوری شده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسش نامه های استاندارد می باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش کرونباخ و روایی ابزار با روش محتوایی مورد تایید قرار گرفته اند. هم چنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که چابکی استراتژیک بر عملکرد شرکت باتوجه به نقش تحلیل نقش تعدیل گر پویایی و رقابت محیطی شرکتهای فعال منتخب در حوزه تولید مواد غذایی در شهرک صنعتی طوس تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج بیانگر نقش تعدیل کننده پویایی و رقابت محیطی شرکت های فعال منتخب در حوزه تولید مواد غذایی در شهرک صنعتی طوس است.

studying the effect of strategic agility on company performance: analyzing the moderating role of dynamism and environmental competition

the aim of the current research was to investigate the effect of strategic agility on company performance: analyzing the role of moderator of the dynamics and environmental competition of selected active companies in the field of food production in tous industrial town. the used research method is descriptive, correlation survey. the studied population is the levels of operational, middle and senior managers of selected active companies in the field of food production in tous industrial town, which includes 50 companies and the number of managers is 250 people. the statistical sample is proportional to the number of people in the society by using the morgan table, the size of the statistical sample is determined, which according to the size of the society, the sample size is equal to 148 people from the levels of operational, middle and senior managers of selected active companies in the field of food production in tous industrial town. . the sampling method used in this research is non-probability selection. the research data was collected by library and field method and the instrument used is standard questionnaires. the reliability of the questionnaires has been confirmed using the cronbach method and the validity of the instrument has been confirmed using the content method. also, to analyze the data, the method of structural equations was used using lisrel software. the results showed that there is a significant impact of strategic agility on the performance of the company according to the role of analyzing the role of moderator of the dynamic and environmental competition of the selected active companies in the field of food production in tous industrial town.
