سرمایه گذاری ها در فناوری اطلاعات و بهبود عملکرد کسب و کار: نقش واسطه ای پیاده سازی تولید ناب با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی این موضوع می پردازد که آیا استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات کنونی و اصول مختلف تولید ناب لازم و ملزوم یکدیگر هستند یا هیچ ارتباطی میان آن دو وجود ندارد. این پژوهش از به اصطلاح توانایی های سازمانی مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات برای بررسی روابط بین فناوری اطلاعات، تولید ناب و بهبود عملکرد کسب و کار کمک می گیرد. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از نظرسنجی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه از 231 تولید کننده در تولید فطعات خودرو بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شد. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که تولید ناب و فناوری اطلاعات متقابلاً به یکدیگر وابسته بوده و با پیاده سازی و اجرای بیشتر سیستم تولید ناب می توان ارزش سرمایه گذاری فناوری اطلاعات را به شکلی موثر به بهبود عملکرد کسب و کار برای تولید کنندگان قطعات خودرو تبدیل نمود. شایستگی فناوری پیشرفته تولید یک قابلیت واسطه ای ارزشمند است که سرمایه گذاری در فناوری اطلاعات را به پیاده سازی سیستم تولید ناب پیوند می دهد. سرمایه گذاری در فناوری اطلاعات یکی از حداقل الزامات پیاده سازی و اجرای سیستم تولید ناب برای کسب و کار مورد بررسی می باشد و ارزش سرمایه گذاری فناوری اطلاعات زمانی واقعاً به پیاده سازی و اجرای سیستم تولید ناب تبدیل می شود که سرمایه گذاری های فناوری اطلاعات پیشرفته تولید اجرایی شایسته ای را برای مدیریت موثر تمام فرآیندهای تولید ارائه دهد. مدیران در زمان ارزیابی ارزش تجاری فناوری اطلاعات و تولید ناب می بایست از جداسازی معیارهای عملکرد صرفاً در مواردی نظیر مقیاس های خالص مالی اجتناب کنند.
