تحلیل و رتبه بندی ابعاد نظام آراستگی 5s در یک سیستم خدماتی، با رویکرد ترکیبی dematel و anp

نظام آراستگی 5s طبق نظر بسیاری از صاحب نظران، پایه اولیه و سنگ بنای سایر سیستم های کیفیتی و بهره وری می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل ابعاد نظام آراستگی 5s و رتبه بندی این ابعاد انجام شده است تا مدیران و سیاست گذاران این حوزه بتوانند بر مبنای این تحلیل و رتبه بندی اقدامات مناسب انجام دهند. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از بعد ماهیت و روش، توصیفی است. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های تهیه شده استفاده شد که توسط چهار تن از مدیران ارشد شرکت فرس پیشگام تکمیل گردیده است. داده های جمع آوری شده به روش دیمتل توسط نرم افزار اکسل (excel)، و به منظور رتبه بندی ابعاد با روش (anp) توسط نرم افزار سوپردسیژن (super decision) تحلیل شد. با توجه به یافته های تحقیق نظم و ترتیب دادن تاثیرگذارترین، کاهش هزینه تاثیرپذیرترین و افزایش کارایی بیشترین ارتباط را میان معیارها به خود اختصاص دادند. در رتبه بندی، نظم و ترتیب دادن با وزن 0.345 در جایگاه اول، استانداردسازی با وزن 0.331 رتبه دوم، ساماندهی با وزن 0.136 رتبه سوم، حفظ و انضباط با وزن 0.105 رتبه چهارم و پاکیزه سازی با وزن 0.0813 در رتبه پنجم قرار گرفت. بنابراین به کارگیری این نظام افزایش میزان بهره وری به وسیله افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی، کاهش اتلاف ها (منابع، هزینه، زمان)، افزایش ایمنی محیط کار و ارتقاء حس انگیزه و روحیه میان کارکنان را بوجود آورده است.

according to many experts, the 5s grooming system is the basic foundation and cornerstone of other quality and productivity systems. the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the dimensions of the 5s grooming system and ranking these dimensions so that the managers and policy makers of this area can take appropriate actions based on this analysis and ranking. the current research is descriptive from the point of view of practical purpose and nature and method. in order to collect data, prepared questionnaires were used, which were completed by four senior managers of fourse-pishgam. the collected data was analyzed by dematel method by excel software, and in order to rank the dimensions by anp method by super decision software. according to the findings of the research, orderliness and arrangement are the most effective, cost reduction is the most effective, and efficiency increase is the most relevant among the criteria. in the ranking, ordering with a weight of 0.345 is in the first place, standardization with a weight of 0.331 is the second place, organizing with a weight of 0.136 is the third place, maintaining discipline with a weight of 0.105 is the fourth place and cleaning is with a weight of 0.0813 in the ranking, placed fifth. therefore, the use of this system has increased productivity by increasing efficiency and effectiveness, reducing waste (resources, cost, time), increasing the safety of the work environment, and improving the sense of motivation and morale among employees.
