طراحی و پیاده‌سازی مدل سنجش تفکر سیستمی در سازمان‌ها

امروزه سازمان‌ها با مسائل پیچیده و آشفته سروکار دارند که بقا و رشد آن‌ها در گرو برخورد مناسب با این مسائل می‌باشد. در این زمینه تئوری‌ها، روش‌ها و ابزارهای مختلفی ارائه شده است که تفکر سیستمی و اصول سازمان‌های یادگیرنده یکی از مهمترین و پرکاربردترین روش‌ها هستند. به رغم مطالعات زیاد و کاربردهای گسترده تفکر سیستمی در سازمان‌ها لزوم ارزیابی تفکر سیستمی در سازمان‌ها وجود دارد که به همین دلیل محققان مختلفی به طراحی مدل ارزیابی تفکر سیستمی پرداخته‌اند. در این مقاله به مرور ادبیات موضوع در این زمینه در جهت شناخت مدل‌های مختلف ارزیابی و طراحی مدل سنجش تفکر سیستمی در سازمان‌ها براین اساس و سپس طراحی فرایند پیاده‌سازی آن پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور به مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات موضوع با جستجو مقالات مرتبط با سنجش تفکر سیستمی در بازه زمانی تا سال 2023 برای منابع انگلیسی و 1402 برای منابع فارسی پرداخته که که از 1821 مقاله یافته شده 112 مقاله مرتبط و مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گفت. با بررسی مقالات، مشخص شد که مدل‌های مختلفی جهت ارزیابی تفکر سیستمی وجود دارد که 11 مدل مطرح تبیین و مشخص شد که بیشتر مدل‌ها به ارزیابی در سطح فردی با ابزار پرسشنامه و آن‌هم ارزیابی اثر دوره‌های تفکر سیستمی در مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها پرداخته‌اند. سپس مدل ترکیبی ارزیابی تفکر سیستمی در سازمان تبیین و فرایند پیاده‌سازی تشریح شد.

designing and implementing of system thinking assessment model in organizations

today, organizations are dealing with complex and chaotic issues that their survival and growth depends on dealing with these issues. in this context, various theories, methods and tools have been presented, of which systems thinking and the principles of learning organizations are one of the most important and widely used methods. despite the many studies and extensive applications of systems thinking in organizations, there is a need to assess systems thinking in organizations, and for this reason, various researchers have designed a system thinking assessment model. in this article, the literature review in this field has been discussed in order to know the different assessment models and design the system thinking assessment model in organizations on this basis and then design the process of its implementation. for this purpose, he conducted a systematic review of the literature by searching for articles related to the assessment of systems thinking in the period up to 2023 for english sources and 1402 for persian sources. by reviewing the articles, it was found that there are different models for the assessment of systems thinking, 11 of which were explained, and it was found that most of the models were assessed at the individual level with a questionnaire tool, as well as the assessment of the effect of systems thinking courses in schools and universities. then, the combined model of assessment of systems thinking in the organization was explained and the implementation process was explained.
