تدوین و تبیین مدل زنجیره تامین سبز شرکت پالایش گاز بیدبلند

افزایش نگرانی ها در مورد هشدارهای محیطی و تلاش برای کاهش هرچه بیش تر آلاینده های زیست محیطی موجب ظهور مفاهیم جدید نظیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز، بهره وری سبز و تولید پاکتر در صنایع مختلف شده استفاده شده است، پژوهش حاضر با توجه به خلاء پژوهشی موجود در این خصوص، درصدد ارائه مدل مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز پالایشگاه های نفت وگاز است. رویکرد حاکم بر انجام این پژوهش آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی (روش نظریه داده بنیاد) مشتمل بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه باز (نیمه ساختار یافته) با 16 تن از مدیران ارشد و مسئولان شرکتهای پالایش گاز و خبرگان دانشگاهی است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری و گلوله برفی است. و در بخش کمی (معادلات ساختاری) جامعه آماری کلیه مدیران و کارکنان شرکت پالایش بیدگل است که حجم نمونه مطابق جدول مورگان برابر با 377 نفر تعیین و نمونه گیری به شیوه ی تصادفی ساده انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده-ها در بخش نظریه داده بنیاد طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کد گذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی انجام شد. نتایج حاصله موید برازش مدل نظری و تایید فرضیات پژوهش است. بنابراین می توان اذعان داشت که با توجه به شناسایی عوامل علّی، زمینه ای و مداخله گر شناسایی شده در بخش کیفی، اجرای راهبردهای ارائه شده در مدل پیشنهادی می تواند منجر به تحقق پیامدهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی مورد انتظار شود. همچنین نتایج حاصله از آزمون مدل به دست آمده، بیانگر برازش و مطلوبیت مدل پیشنهادی است.

increasing concerns about environmental warnings and efforts to reduce environmental pollutants as much as possible have led to the emergence of new concepts such as green supply chain management, green productivity and cleaner production in various industries. in this regard, it aims of this study to provide a green supply chain management model for oil and gas refineries. the approach governing this research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). the tool for collecting information in the qualitative part consists of library studies and open (semi-structured) interviews with 16 senior managers and officials of gas refining companies and academic experts, who use targeted sampling and it is a theory and a snowball. and in the quantitative part (structural equations), the statistical population is all managers and employees of bidgol refining company, the sample size was determined according to morgan s table equal to 377 people and sampling was done by simple random method. data analysis in the data theory section of the foundation was done in three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. the obtained results confirm the fit of the theoretical model and confirm the hypotheses of the research. therefore, it can be acknowledged that due to the identification of the causal, contextual and intervening factors identified in the qualitative section, the implementation of the strategies presented in the proposed model can lead to the realization of the expected economic, social and environmental consequences. also, the results obtained from the model test indicate the suitability and desirability of the proposed model.
