توسعه ی مدارس یادگیرنده از طریق تلفیق دو مدل سنگه و واتکینز- مارسیک

از شکل گیری مفهوم «سازمان یادگیرنده» حدود 30 سال می گذرد. به تبع آن «مدرسه ی یادگیرنده» نیز مفهومی برآمده از سازمان یادگیرنده است که منجر به جهت گیری ذهن سیاست گزاران، مدیران آموزشی، مربیان و والدین شده است. در این مدت ادبیات سازمان یادگیرنده پیشرفت چشم گیری کرده است و به دنبال آن ادبیات «مدرسه ی یادگیرنده» در مسیر توسعه قرار گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه ادامه ی توسعه مورد اشاره در «مدارس یادگیرنده» است. برای این کار از دو مدل موجود که ریشه ای قوی در ادبیات دارند استفاده شده است. اول مدل سنگه که بنیان گزار و مبدع سازمان یادگیرنده و مدارس یادگیرنده است؛ و دیگری مدل واتکینز و مارسیک. هر دو مدل از بنیان های اساسی این موضوع می باشد و لذا ابتدا هر یک از دو مدل مذکور به اختصار تشریح شده است و سپس یک مدل تلفیقی به عنوان چارچوب مدارس یادگیرنده ارائه گردیده است. سپس به مسیر طی شده برای اجرای مدل تلفیقی مورد اشاره پرداخته و در پایان دستاوردهای حاصله از این تحقیق که تا کنون به دست آمده است، ارائه گردیده است.

the development of learning schools through the combination of sange and watkins-marsik models

about 30 years have passed since the formation of the concept of learning organization . according to that, learning school is also a concept arising from the learning organization, which has led to the orientation of the minds of policy makers, educational managers, educators and parents. during this time, the literature of the learning organization has made significant progress, and following that, the literature of the learning school has been on the path of development. the purpose of this study is to continue the development mentioned in learning schools . for this purpose, two existing models that have strong roots in the literature have been used. first, the sangeh model, which is the founder and creator of the learning organization and learning schools; and the other is the watkins and marsik model. both models are the basic foundations of this subject, and therefore, first, each of the two mentioned models is described briefly, and then a unified model is presented as the framework of learning schools. then, the path followed for the implementation of the mentioned consolidated model is discussed and at the end, the achievements of this research that have been obtained so far have been presented.
