شناسائی شاخص‌های کلیدی مسئولیت اجتماعی در صنعت نفت رویکرد پویا شناسی سیستم‌ها

صنعت نفت مهم‌ترین و استراتژیک ترین صنعت ایران است و درواقع نقش مسلط را در اقتصاد کشور بازی می‌کند. امروزه مدیران صنایع با چالش‌هایی همچون پیچیدگی و پویائی فزاینده در ماهیت سازمان‌ها و صنایع، مسائل غیر ساختاریافته و عدم اطمینان محیطی مواجه هستند. ازیک‌طرف پیچیدگی انسان و تعاملات وی و روابط روان‌شناختی و مسائل اجتماعی-فرهنگی (سیستم‌های چند ذهنی ) از طرف دیگر (نگرش سیستمی) موضوع مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت را بسیار فراتر از یک درک ساده قرار داده است. ازاین‌جهت که تعاملات انسانی با محیط و دسته‌بندی آن‌ها جزو روابط پیچیده است، با تفکر سیستمی، دیدن ساختارهای نهفته در پشت پیچیدگی‌ها و فهم اهرم‌های تغییر، قابل‌درک خواهد بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پویا شناسی سیستم‌ها به درک شاخص‌های کلیدی (بهینه منابع) مسئولیت اجتماعی صنعت نفت اشاره‌ای دارد. با استفاده از رویکرد پویائی سیستم‌ها، متغیرهای پیچیدگی مسئله مسئولیت اجتماعی صنعت نفت مطابق با نظریه کارول به‌صورت حلقه‌های علّی و در قالب بازخوردی شناسایی شدند و با توجه به مدل اولیه، به شناسایی و نتیجه‌گیری از این عوامل پرداختیم و سناریوهای پیشنهادی جهت تفکر و پژوهش‌های دقیق‌تر با روش‌های نوین ارائه گردید.

the oil industry is iran s most important and strategic industry. in fact, this sector plays a dominant role in the country s economy. nowadays, industry managers face challenges such as increasing complexity and dynamics in the nature of organizations and industries, unexpected issues and environmental uncertainty. human complexity and his interactions on the one hand and psychological relationships and socio-cultural issues (multi-sub-system) on the other hand (systematic attitude) have made the company s social responsibility far beyond a simple understanding. because human interactions with the environment and their classification are complex relationships and will be understood by systemic thinking to see the structures behind the complexities and understanding the small and large leverage of change. this study refers to the understanding of the system s dynamics of systems dynamics to understand the key indicators (optimized) of the oil industry s social responsibility. using the dynamic approach of the system of complexity variables, the social responsibility of the oil industry was identified as causal rings in the form of causal rings in accordance with carroll theory, and we identified and concluded these factors in the light of the initial model. as a result, three suggested scenarios were presented to think more accurate research with modern methods.
