توسعه گردشگری پایدار با رویکرد تفکر سیستمی: مطالعه موردی کلانشهر مشهد

گردشگری صرفا یک صنعت نیست، بلکه یک سیستم باز، پویا و پیچیده است. این سیستم متشکل از بسیاری از اجزای متقابل و شامل بسیاری از اجزای مختلف است. توسعه گردشگری تحت تاثیر عوامل بسیاری می‌باشد. محدودیت رویکردهای سنتی که در تحقیقات گردشگری است در بسیاری از موارد به وضوح به چشم می‌آید. این رویکردها معمولاً به یک موضوع یاموضوعات خاص در تصویر کلی گردشگری توجه کرده‌اند؛ در نتیجه مدیریت گردشگری پایدار دشوار شده است. این مقاله مروری بر رویکرد تفکر سیستمی وکاربرد آن در مطالعه سیستم گردشگری در کلانشهر مشهد را ارائه می‌دهد. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که تفکر سیستمی موثر بوده و ابزاری قدرتمند برای توضیح پیچیدگی‌های سیستم گردشگری است. این مقاله تفکر سیستمی را به عنوان ابزاری مناسب برای توسعه گردشگری پایدار پیشنهاد می‌کند.

tourism is not just an industry, but an open, dynamic and complex system. this system consists of many interacting components and includes many different components. tourism development is influenced by many factors. the limitations of traditional approaches in tourism research are clearly visible in many cases. these approaches usually pay attention to a specific topic or topics in the general picture of tourism; as a result, sustainable tourism management has become difficult. this article provides an overview of the systemic thinking approach and its application in studying the tourism system in mashhad metropolis. this study shows that systems thinking is effective and a powerful tool for explaining the complexities of the tourism system. this article proposes systems thinking as a suitable tool for sustainable tourism development.
