ضرورت تفکر سیستمی در جهت بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی

در دهه های اخیر، بین المللی سازی جایگاه مهمی در آموزش عالی پیدا کرده و به یکی از اولویت های اصلی و مهم دانشگاه ها در سراسر جهان تبدیل شده است. به طوریکه امروزه صاحب نظران و مدیران این حوزه، موفقیت آموزش عالی را در گرو بین المللی شدن آن می دانند و آن را در راس برنامه های عملیاتی خود قرار می دهند. به نظر می رسد دستیابی به این موفقیت نیازمند تفکری راهبردی همچون تفکر سیستمی است تا به درک بهتر پدیده ها و رویارویی با پیچیدگی های بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی کمک نماید. بدین منظور تلاش می شود در مطالعه حاضر با مرور ادبیات موجود، اهمیت این موضوع تصریح گردد. لذا روش پژوهش در مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده و یافته ها با مرور اسناد، مدارک و مقالات موجود در پایگاه های اینترنتی داخلی و خارجی چون سیویلیکا ، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی ، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی ،research gate و sage journals گردآوری شده اند. برای انتخاب مقالات مرتبط، کلیدواژه های تفکر سیستمی، بین المللی سازی و بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی جستجو گردید. نتایج بررسی ها حاکی از نقش مهم تفکر سیستمی در تحقق شایسته ی بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی بود.

the necessity of developing systems thinking in the direction of internationalization of higher education

in recent decades, internationalization has played an important role in higher education and has become one of the main priorities of universities around the world. today, experts believe that the success of higher education depends on its internationalization and put it at the top of their operational plans. it seems that the realization of internationalization requires strategic thinking such as systemic thinking; because it helps to better face the complexities of internationalization of higher education. for this purpose, the present study tries to clarify the importance of this issue by reviewing the existing literature. therefore, the research method in this study was descriptive and library, and the findings were collected by reviewing the documents, papers and articles available in domestic and foreign websites such as civilica, academic jihad scientific information center, humanities comprehensive portal, research gate and sage journals. to select related articles, the keywords of systemic thinking, internationalization and internationalization of higher education were searched. the results indicated the important role of systemic thinking in realizing the internationalization of higher education.
