تحقق سیستمی مدیریت انرژی در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، 1393 تا 1397 - مطالعه موردی

ضرورت صرفه جویی انرژی از جهات مختلف حفظ منابع و محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار، امروزه بر کسی پوشیده نیست؛ و البته مدیریت انرژی گامی فراتر از صرفه جویی انرژی می باشد. در همین راستا دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بدلیل جایگاه و تعهد علمی به جامعه با حمایت و هدایت مدیران محترم ارشد وقت دانشگاه از سالهای 1383 اولین اقدامات و گامهای جدی و عملی در این جهت را آغاز نمود.این اقدامات و همکاری نهادهای ذیربط در دانشگاه موجب شد که علاوه بر صرفه جویی های قابل توجه در آب و منابع انرژی، فرایند ها و چرخه مدیریت انرژی نیز کامل شده و الگوی موفقی از یک سازمان دولتی و نهاد علمی در این خصوص ارائه شود. تحقق این دستاوردها نتیجه رویکرد سیستمی و اجرای مجموعه کاملی از فعالیت ها، فرایند ها، تجهیزات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری و البته وجود اراده و انگیزه بوده است.این مقاله با بیان گزارش و خلاصه ای از اقدامات و برنامه ریزی های صورت گرفته در طی سالهایی 1393 تا 1397 و همچنین اشاره ای به برخی نتایج حاصله، تلاش می کند این الگو را معرفی نماید.

systematic implementation of energy management in ferdowsi university of mashhad, 1392 to 1396 - a case study

the necessity of saving energy from various aspects of preserving resources and the environment and sustainable development is not hidden from anyone today. and of course, energy management is a step beyond saving energy. in this regard, ferdowsi university of mashhad, considering its scientific position and commitment to the society, with the support and guidance of the respected senior managers of the university, started the first serious and practical measures and steps in this direction since 2012. these measures and the cooperation of the relevant institutions in the university led to a significant saving in water and energy resources, the processes and cycle of energy management were also completed and a successful model of a government organization and scientific institution was presented in this field.. the realization of these achievements was the result of a systematic approach and the implementation of a complete set of activities, processes, hardware and software equipment, and of course, the presence of will and motivation.this article tries to introduce this model by presenting a report and a summary of the actions and programs carried out during the years 2013 to 2017 and also referring to the results.
