تحلیل سیستمی عوامل موثر در توسعه گردشگری و ارائه سیاست‌های مناسب: مطالعه موردی جاذبه‌های گردشگری خراسان رضوی

عواملی مانند جاذبه‌های مذهبی، تفریحی، اقامتی، فرهنگی و تاریخی و دهکده‌های سلامت که خود نیز تحت تغییراتی قرار می‌گیرند، در افزایش جذب گردشگران نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. با توجه به درآمدزایی که گردشگران به استان می‌آورند، جمعیت گردشگر می‌تواند رونق کسب و کار را تحریک کند. با این حال، به دلیل اثرات نامطلوب زیست‌محیطی مانند ازدحام، افزایش تراکم جمعیت، ترافیک شهری و آلودگی هوا و صوت، تمایل جامعه میزبان به استقبال از گردشگران ممکن است کاهش یابد. این سیستم گردشگری یک سیستم پیچیده است، بنابراین اجرای سیاست‌های توسعه گردشگری بدون رویکرد سیستمی و دید کل‌نگر، نه‌تنها مفید نیست بلکه ممکن است منجر به کاهش رشد آن شود. در سیاست‌گذاری‌های گردشگری، باید به عوامل موثر در سیستم توجه کرده و سیاست‌های مناسب را انتخاب و اجرا کرد. این مقاله به بررسی عوامل موثر در جذب گردشگران و توسعه گردشگری می‌پردازد. با استفاده از نمودارهای علی و حلقوی، می‌توان ابعاد گوناگون و ارتباطات میان عوامل در این سیستم را بررسی کرد و مشکلات پیچیده را شناسایی کرده و راه‌حل‌های مناسبی برای آن‌ها ارائه داد. هدف این مطالعه، استفاده از نمودارهای علی و حلقوی و ارائه سیاست‌های مناسب برای توسعه جاذبه‌های گردشگری در خراسان رضوی است. در نتیجه این مطالعه نشان می هد چگونه هر یک از متغیرها روی یکدیگر تاثیر می گذارند و می تواند دید جامعی به مدیران و تصمیم گیران حوزه گردشگری دهند تا بتوانند با تحلیل حلقه های بازخوردی با دقت بیشتری نسبت به سیاست-های خود تصمیم گیری کنند.

systematic analysis of effective factors in tourism development and providing appropriate policies: a case study of razavi khorasan tourist attractions

factors such as religious, recreational, residential, cultural, historical attractions, and health villages, which themselves undergo changes, play a significant role in attracting tourists. considering the income generated by tourists to the province, the tourist population can stimulate business growth. however, due to undesirable environmental effects such as overcrowding, increased population density, urban traffic, air, and noise pollution, the host community s inclination to welcome tourists may decrease. this tourism system is a complex system; therefore, implementing tourism development policies without a systemic and holistic approach is not only ineffective but may also lead to its decline. in tourism policymaking, it is necessary to consider the influential factors in the system and select and implement appropriate policies. this paper examines the influential factors in attracting tourists and tourism development. by using causal loop diagrams, the various dimensions and relationships between factors in this system can be examined, complex problems can be identified, and suitable solutions can be proposed. the aim of this study is to use causal loop diagrams and provide appropriate policies for the development of tourist attractions in khorasan razavi. as a result, this study demonstrates how each variable affects the others and can provide a comprehensive view for tourism managers and decision-makers to make more accurate decisions by analyzing feedback loops with greater precision regarding their policies.
