بررسی تاثیر مهندسی سیستم منابع انسانی بر بهره وری سازمان

هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر مهندسی سیستم منابع انسانی بر بهره وری سازمان می باشد در چارچوب یک کارخانه تولیدی (کارخانه کابلسازی ایران) است. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی است. در این تحقیق سیستم منابع انسانی شامل 1- ایجاد توافقنامه عملکردی 2- فرهنگ سازمانی 3- انگیزش کارکنان 4- امید آفرینی 5- ایجاد معنویت و همچنین بهره وری سازمان شامل 1- افزایش میزان تولید 2- کاهش زمان تولید 3- کاهش میزان ضایعات 4- کاهش خرابی های دستگاه ها 5- مصرف مواد اولیه 6- دوباره کاری ها 7- میزان تنش های کاری شناسایی و طراحی و مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت. و درنهایت فرض اصلی پژوهش یعنی مهندسی سیستم منابع انسانی بر بهره وری سازمان موثر است مورد تایید قرار می گیرد.

investigating the impact of human resources system engineering on organizational productivity

the purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of human resource system engineering on the organization s productivity in the context of a manufacturing company (iran cable manufacturing company). the research method is based on practical purpose. in this article, the human resource system includes 1- creation of functional agreement 2- organizational culture 3- motivation of employees 4- creation of hope 5- creation of spirituality and also, the productivity of the organization includes 1- increasing the amount of production 2- reducing the production time 3- reducing the amount of waste 4- reducing the breakdown of devices 5- consumption of raw materials 6- rework 7- the amount of work stress identified and designed and analyzed was investigated. and finally, the main premise of the research, that is, human resource system engineering is effective on the organization s productivity , is confirmed.
