تفکر سیستمی، عامل پایداری مدل‌های کسب و کار

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی میزان اهمیت تفکر سیستمی در پایداری فعالیت‌های تجاری است. پایداری فعالیت‌های تجاری و مدلهای کسب و کار با توجه به اثرات مثبت زیست محیطی و اجتماعی بسیار مهم و مورد توجه است. درک سیستم‌ها به عنوان یک مولفه مهم تقویت‌کننده نوآوری و خلاقیت برای مدل‌های کسب و کار پایدار اهمیت زیادی دارد. در این پژوهش برآنیم تا اهمیت تفکر سیستمی در حوزه تجاری و ایجاد کسب و کارهای پایدار را از طریق بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام شده مورد مداقه قرار دهیم. بررسی نتایج پژوهش‌ها نشان از تاثیر مثبت تفکر سیستمی در ایجاد کسب و کارهای پایدار به عنوان منبعی برای ایجاد درآمد مستمر و در عین حال کاهش اثرات زیست محیطی و یا افزایش مزایای اجتماعی کسب و کار حکایت دارد. ابزار تفکر سیستمی مبادلات منفی بین عناصر را کاهش داده و منجر به افزایش خلاقیت و نوآوری در مدل‌های کسب و کار و در نتیجه ارتقای پایدار آنها خواهد شد. مبتنی بر نتایج تفکر سیستمیِ افزاینده خلاقیت و نوآوری از سه دستورالعمل مهم اعم از: 1- ارتباط چندسویه و چندبعدی عناصر 2- روابط علی و حلقه‌های بازخورد 3- رفتار پویا تبعیت می‌کند. بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل‌ها و پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته، هشت اقدام مهم برای استفاده موثر از تفکر سیستمی جهت ایجاد مدل‌های کسب و کار پایدار لازم و ضروری است: (1) تعریف محدوده کاربرد سیستم در تجارت (2) طراحی مناسب در جهت همکاری بین عناصر (3) یکپارچه سازی ارتباطات متقابل (4) مشخص کردن دقیق روابط علی و حلقه‌های بازخورد (5) تغییرات سیستمی و ایجاد انطباق (6) تشخیص ابعاد پایداری مدل کسب و کار (7) اطمینان از انعطاف‌پذیری، یکپارچگی و (8) اطمینان از سازگاری با سایر ابزارهای ارزیابی.

systems thinking, the factor of sustainability of business models

the aim of this research is to investigate the importance of systemic thinking in the sustainability of business models .the sustainability of business models is very important and of interest due to the positive environmental and social effects. understanding systems as an important component of enhancing innovation and creativity for sustainable business models is of great importance. in this research, we aim to highlight the importance of systemic thinking in the commercial field and creating sustainable businesses through the review of the conducted researches. examining the research results shows the positive impact of systemic thinking in creating sustainable businesses as a source of continuous income and at the same time reducing the environmental effects or increasing the social benefits of business. the system thinking tool will reduce the negative exchanges between elements and will lead to increased creativity and innovation in business models and as a result their sustainable improvement. systemic thinking that increases creativity and innovation follows three important guidelines, including: 1- multidirectional and multidimensional communication of elements 2- causal relationships and feedback loops 3- dynamic behavior. based on the analyzes and researches, eight important measures are necessary and essential for the effective use of systems thinking to create sustainable business models: (1) defining the scope of the system s application in business (2) appropriate design for cooperation between elements (3) integrating interrelationships (4) accurately specifying causal relationships and feedback loops (5) systemic changes and adaptation (6) identifying dimensions of business model sustainability (7) ensuring flexibility, integrity and (8) ensuring compatibility with other assessment tools.
