بررسی ارائه خدمات درمانی بیمارستان با رویکرد پویایی سیستم

سلامتی موضوع مهمی است که بشر از دوران ماقبل تاریخ برای رسیدن به آن تلاش کرده است. بیماری حالتی است که پس از استقرار در بدن باعث تغییراتی در رفتار فرد نسبت به دیگران می شود با توجه به اینکه متغیرهای مختلفی از جمله نوع بیماری، وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی فرد، نوع درمان، کیفیت مراقبت و وضعیت سیستم پزشکی که در درمان موثر است، بنابراین بررسی ابعاد این موضوع ضروری است. خدمات درمانی پیچیده در چارچوب سازمان های خاصی ارائه می شود که بیمارستان یکی از مهم ترین آنهاست. در این مورد، هدف اصلی مراقبت کامل از دسته های مختلف بیمارانی است که به بیمارستان مراجعه می کنند. بیمارستان موظف به ارائه خدمات با کیفیت و در خور بیماران می باشد. یکی از مهمترین دغدغه های حال حاضر بیماران، صف های طولانی مدت جهت دریافت خدمات درمانی و در مواقعی عدم امکان بستری بعلت کمبود خدمات رفاهی و تخت های بیمارستانی و گاهی کمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص است. در این مقاله پس از بررسی سیستم درمانی بیمارستان مورد مطالعه با رویکرد شبیه سازی سیستم داینامیک و با نمایش نمودار علت- معلولی و جریان- انباشت سعی شده با ارائه سیاست ها و سناریو های مختلف موضوع را از ابعاد گوناگون بررسی کرد.

health is an important issue that mankind has been trying to achieve since prehistoric times. illness is a condition that causes changes in a person s behavior towards others after being established in the body, considering that various variables such as the type of disease, the economic and social status of the person, the type of treatment, the quality of care and the state of the healthcare system that are effective in treatment therefore, it is necessary to examine the dimensions of this issue. complex healthcare services are provided within the framework of certain organizations, of which the hospital is one of the most important. in this case, the main goal is to take care of the different categories of patients who visit the hospital. the hospital is obliged to provide quality and appropriate services to the patients. one of the most important current concerns of patients is the long queues to receive medical services and sometimes the inability to be hospitalized due to the lack of welfare services and hospital beds and sometimes the lack of specialized human resources. in this article, after examining the treatment system of the studied hospital with the approach of simulating the dynamic system and showing the cause-effect and stock-flow diagram, it tried to present different policies and scenarios and examined the issue from various dimensions.
