تفکر سیستمی رویکردی برای حل مسائل و چالش‌ها

دنیایی که امروزه در آن بسر می‌بریم سرشار از پیچیدگی‌ها و مسائل مختلفی است که نیازمند آن است تا در مورد این مسائل و پیچیدگی‌ها تفکر بیشتری گردد. یکی از مهارت‌های بسیار مهم شناختی در مدیران برای حل اینگونه مسائل، تفکر سیستمی می‌باشد که در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران واقع شده است. این روش با یکپارچه‌سازی قصد دارد سیستم‌ها را به شکلی جامع‌نگرانه مشاهده نماید. تفکر سیستمی در عمل مدیران را به داشتن روابط متقابل، دیدگاه‌ها و مرزها تشویق می‌نماید. در این پژوهش که پژوهشی توصیفی با تکیه بر مرور و تحلیل ادبیات می‌باشد، پس از ارائه کوتاهی از مقدمه و بیان مسئله، به تشریح مبانی نظری در این حوزه پرداخته و سعی شده است تا با بررسی پیشینه‌های داخلی و خارجی در این خصوص به اهمیت تفکر سیستمی در حوزه‌های مختلف پی برده شود. در بخش پایانی پیشنهادهایی برای بکارگیری بهتر از تفکر سیستمی برای حل مسائل و چالش‌های گوناگون ارائه شده است.

systemic thinking is an approach to solving problems and challenges

the world we live in today is full of complexities and various issues that require more thinking about these issues and complexities. one of the most important cognitive skills in managers to solve such problems is system thinking, which has been the focus of many researchers in recent years. this method aims to see the systems in a comprehensive way by integration. systemic thinking in practice encourages managers to have mutual relationships, perspectives, and boundaries. in this research, which is descriptive research based on literature review and analysis, after a short presentation of the introduction and statement of the problem, the theoretical foundations in this field have been explained and an attempt has been made to examine the importance of thinking by examining internal and external backgrounds in this regard. to realize a system in different fields. in the final section, suggestions for better use of systems thinking to solve various problems and challenges are presented.
