نقش هوش مصنوعی در حوزه اقتصاد و خدمات مالی

هوش مصنوعی مجموعه ای از فناوری هایی است که ماشین را قادر می سازد با تقلید از توانایی های انسانی از قبیل درک و کشف محیط پیرامون و قدرت یادگیری، به سطوح بالاتری از هوشمندی برسد. سامانه هوشمند می تواند با استفاده از بینایی ماشین، پردازش صوت و سایر انواع حسگرها، دنیای اطراف خود را به طور فعال درک کرده و با موتورهای استنتاج مانند پردازش تصویر، تشخیص گفتار و پردازش زبان طبیعی به تجزیه و تحلیل و درک اطلاعات جمع آوری شده بپردازد. همچنین از طریق برنامه ریزی هوشمند، این سامانه می تواند بهترین دنباله اقدام را برای حضور موثر در دنیای واقعی پیدا کند که این توانایی ها با گذشت زمان و با استفاده از قدرت یادگیری از تجربه، افزایش خواهند یافت. لذا بررسی منافع و مزایای بالقوه هوش مصنوعی در بخش های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و غیره موضوعی مهم و قابل بررسی است. هوش مصنوعی در حوزه-های اقتصاد و خدمات مالی، مسائل زیست محیطی، مسائل اجتماعی، کشاورزی، سلامت، حمل و نقل و مدیریت شهری، آموزش، انرژی، صنعت، معدن و تجارت قابل کاربرد می باشد. با توجه به این که اولین حوزه قابل تمرکز برای ایران به منظور به کارگیری هوش مصنوعی، حوزه اقتصاد و خدمات مالی می باشد، برای شفافیت و درک بهتر، این حوزه از میان سایر حوزه ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و به منظور بررسی تاثیر هوش مصنوعی در حوزه اقتصاد و خدمات مالی، از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که هوش مصنوعی در حوزه اقتصاد و خدمات مالی، در زیر حوزه های بانک مرکزی، صنعت بیمه، نظام مالیاتی، حسابرسی، صنعت بانکداری و بازار سرمایه قابلیت کاربرد دارد. روند اسناد منتشر شده جهان در زمینه کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در اقتصاد و خدمات مالی، به صورت صعودی و همچنین بر اساس تعداد اسناد منتشر شده در ایران نیز، روند صعودی می باشد که نتیجه گرفته می شود این حوزه در کشور ایران دارای اهمیت بالایی می باشد.
