واکاوی عوامل موثر بر کاهش اثرات جزایر حرارتی در سطح شهر مشهد

امروزه از مهم ترین پیامدهای تغییرات اقلیمی در سطح شهرها، می-توان به جزایر حرارتی شهری اشاره نمود. جزیره حرارتی، پدیده ای است که به‌موجب آن مناطق شهری، درجه حرارت گرم تر از محیط اطراف خود را تجربه می کنند. مبتنی بر مرور پژوهش های مختلف، از مهم-ترین اثرات این پدیده در سطح شهرها می توان به کاهش کیفیت آب و آلودگی هوا، افزایش مصرف انرژی، افزایش ناراحتی حرارتی، تهدید سلامت انسان ها و غیره اشاره کرد. پژوهش حاضر در راستای واکاوی عوامل موثر بر کاهش اثرات جزایر حرارتی در سطح شهر مشهد انجام‌گرفته است. در این پژوهش، مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوای کیفی، به تدوین عوامل موثر بر کاهش اثرات جزایر حرارتی در سطح شهر مشهد اقدام و در ادامه با مراجعه به 40 نفر از متخصصان و نخبگان مرتبط با موضوع این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله-مراتبی به اولویت بندی این عوامل پرداخته‌شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که استفاده از بام های سبز، تغییر در الگوی مصرف انرژی های تجدیدناپذیر شهروندان، توسعه فضاهای سبز و کاشت درختان، استفاده از بام های سرد، مدیریت ساخت وسازها و تراکم ساختمانی، توسعه مسیرهای پیاده روی و دوچرخه سواری، عایق بندی ساختمان ها و استفاده از مصالح همساز با اقلیم و رعایت تناسب کاربری اراضی ازجمله عوامل موثر بر کاهش اثرات جزایر حرارتی در سطح شهر مشهد محسوب می شوند و همچنین از دید متخصصان، تغییر در الگوی مصرف انرژی های تجدیدناپذیر شهروندان (با امتیاز 225/0)، مدیریت ساخت وسازها و تراکم ساختمانی (با امتیاز 176/0) و توسعه فضاهای سبز و کاشت درختان (با امتیاز 148/0) به ترتیب در جایگاه های اول تا سوم از حیث تاثیرگذاری بیشتر قرار دارند

investigating the effective factors on reducing the effects of heat islands in the city of mashhad

today, one of the most important consequences of climate change in cities is urban heat islands. heat island is a phenomenon due to which urban areas experience warmer temperatures than their surroundings. based on the review of various researches, one of the most important effects of this phenomenon at the level of cities is the reduction of water quality and air pollution, increase in energy consumption, increase in thermal discomfort, threat to human health, etc. the current research has been carried out in order to investigate the effective factors in reducing the effects of heat islands in the city of mashhad. in this research, based on qualitative content analysis, effective factors have been compiled to reduce the effects of heat islands in the city of mashhad. in the following, by referring to 40 experts and elites related to the subject of this research, using the hierarchical analysis method, these factors have been prioritized. the results of this research show that the use of green roofs, a change in the non-renewable energy consumption pattern of citizens, the development of green spaces and tree planting, the use of cold roofs, the management of constructions and building density, the development of walking and cycling routes, insulation of buildings and use of materials compatible with the climate and compliance with land use are among the effective factors in reducing the effects of heat islands in the city of mashhad. also, according to experts, the change in non-renewable energy consumption patterns of citizens (with a score of 0.225), management of constructions and building density (with a score of 0.176) and the development of green spaces and tree planting (with a score of 0.148) are in the first to third places respectively in terms of the most impact
