نظام توزیع و بهره برداری ازآب کشاورزی به شیوه بومی در شهرهای کویری ایران

بحران آب ، یکی از چالش های اساسی مناطق کویری و نتیجۀ توزیع نامناسب بارش و تبخیر و تعرق بالاست بنابراین، مدیریت توزیع آب در این مناطق از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. از دیرباز روش های مختلفی برای تقسیم و بهره برداری بهینه از آب در نقاط مختلف بکار گرفته شده است. در چنین مواردی شیوه های ابداعی وسنتی پیشینیان در تقسیم آب ونظام مند نمودن نحوه تقسیم آب ، کلید حل مشکلات ساکنین این مناطق بوده است. در همین راستا شیوه آبیاری سنتی سمنان دراین نوشتار مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است ،این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های کیفی است که با تکیه بر شیوه پژوهش موردی و به صورت تاریخی به شناخت ویژگی های زیرساخت آبی سنتی شهر سمنان می پردازد و در این راه از مستندات تاریخی ،نقشه های شهری و همچنین مطالعات از گذشته تا امروز در شناخت سیستم آبیاری سنتی و نقش آن در ساختار شهر بهره گرفته است . نظام آبیاری سمنان به شیوه استخری و بر مبنای نوبت بندی در برداشت آب برای هر فرد بوده و دارای نظام خاص و دقیق می‌باشد. توزیع و تقسیم آب به گونه ای منحصر به فرد و دقیق صورت گرفته و سیستم نظارتی دقیقی، صحت انجام آن را پایش می نماید. نتایج حاکی از آن است که فرهیختگان ابداع-کننده این سیستم با هوشمندی از امکانات موجود در محدودیت های محیطی حداکثر استفاده را نموده اند لذا به دلیل بحران کم آبی امروزه در آبیاری فضاهای سبز می توان انعطاف پذیری، مدیریت توزیع، عدالت محوری و مشارکت مردمی نهفته در بطن این نظام ها را سرلوحه قرارداده و با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی مناطق مختلف چارچوب نظام های مدیریتی آبیاری مدرن را با انسجام و قانونمندی بیشتری شکل داد .

water crisis is one of the basic challenges of desert regions and is the result of improper distribution of rainfall and high evaporation and transpiration.therefore, water distribution management in these areas is very important.for a long time, various methods have been used to divide and optimally use water in different places.in such cases, the creative and traditional ways of the ancients in dividing water and systematizing it, has been the key to solving the problems of the residents of these areas. in this regard, the traditional irrigation method of semnan has been investigated in this article.this research is a type of qualitative research that relies on the case study method and historically to know the characteristics of the traditional water infrastructure of semnan city. and in this way, historical documents, urban maps, and studies from the past to the present have been used in understanding the traditional irrigation system and its role in the city structure.the irrigation system of semnan is based on a pool method and based on taking turns to collect water for each person and has a special and precise system. the distribution and distribution of water is carried out in a unique and precise way and a precise monitoring system monitors the correctness of its implementation. the results indicate that the inventors of this system have intelligently made maximum use of the available facilities within the environmental limitations.therefore, due to the water shortage crisis today, in the irrigation of green spaces, flexibility, distribution management, justice-centeredness and people's participation hidden in the heart of these systems can be highlighted.and according to the climatic conditions of different regions, she formed the framework of modern irrigation management systems with greater coherence and legality.
