اثر بستر های کاشت بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گل مغربی صورتی

به منظور بررسی اثر تنش های خشکی بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گل مغربی صورتیoenothera spiciosa) )در مرکز تحقیقات و تولید گل ها و گیاهان زینتی سازمان پارک ها و فضای سبز شهرداری قم انجام گردید . آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار صورت پذیرفت. . بر اساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، بین بسترهای کشت مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی دار وجود داشت به طوری که بیشترین ارتفاع بوته و وزن خشک اندام هوایی در بستر کشت خاک زراعی با کود دامی حاصل شد، همچنین حداکثر وزن تر ریشه، وزن تر اندام هوایی، تعداد گل، قطر گل، میانگین گلدهی روزانه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b و کلروفیل کل در بستر کشت خاک زراعی با کمپوست خاک برگ به دست آمد. بالاترین قطر ساقه، وزن خشک ریشه و تعداد برگ در بسترهای کشت خاک زراعی با کود دامی و خاک زراعی با کمپوست خاک برگ مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده در شرایط آبیاری مطلوب کاربرد بستر کشت خاک زراعی با کود دامی پوسیده و خاک زراعی با کمپوست خاک برگ، بستر کشت خاک زراعی با کمپوست خاک برگ ، بستر کشت خاک زراعی با کود دامی دارای بهترین تاثیر در افزایش خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی بود

in order to investigate the effect of drought stress on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the pink evening primrose (oenothera spiciosa), it was carried out in the center for research and production of flowers and ornamental plants of the parks and green space organization of qom municipality. the experiment was carried out in a factorial form and in the form of a randomized complete block design and in three replications. . based on the results of the present research, there was a significant difference between the studied cultivation beds, so that the highest plant height and shoot dry weight were obtained in the cultivation bed of agricultural soil with animal manure, as well as the maximum root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, number flower, flower diameter, average daily flowering, relative leaf water content, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were obtained in the soil cultivation bed with leaf soil compost. the highest stem diameter, root dry weight and number of leaves were observed in the cultivation beds of agricultural soil with animal manure and agricultural soil with leaf soil compost. based on the results obtained in optimal irrigation conditions, the use of agricultural soil with rotted animal manure and agricultural soil with leaf soil compost, agricultural soil with leaf soil compost, agricultural soil with animal manure has the best effect in increasing morphological characteristics. and it was physiological
