اثر تنش شوری بر برخی از خصوصیات کمی قلمه ریشه پائولونیا ( paulownia fortunei)

به منظور بررسی اثر تنش های خشکی بر برخی از خصوصیات کمی گیاه پائولونیا ( paulownia fortune ) در گلخانه ای در شهر قم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت . آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار صورت پذیرفت. تیمارها شامل 5 سطح شوری شامل شاهد (آب مقطر) و چهار غلظت متفاوت nacl شامل محلولهای50،100،150،200 میلی مولار انجام گرفت. قلمه ریشه پس از ضدعفونی در گلدان حاوی پرلیت،کوکوپیت،خاک، ماسه به نسبت1:1:1:1:1کشت گردید پس از رشد قلمه ، صفات مورد نظر در گیاه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس صفات نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت کلرید سدیم ، ارتفاع کاهش یافت و همچنین افزایش غلظت شوری باعث مرگ نهال های تیمار 200میلی مولار شد.صفات قطر ساقه و طول ساقه اختلاف معنی دار در سطح 1 درصد دارد و صفات میزان سطح برگ،تعداد ریشه، وزن تر ریشه،وزن خشک ریشه،وزن تر اندام هوایی، وزن خشک اندام هوایی و نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به ساقه اختلاف معنی دار در سطح 5 درصد وجود داشته است

the effect of salinity stress on some quantitative characteristics of paulownia root cuttings

in order to investigate the effect of drought stress on some quantitative characteristics of paulownia fortune, it was investigated in a greenhouse in qom city. the experiment was carried out in a factorial form and in the form of a randomized complete block design and in three replications. the treatments included 5 salinity levels including control (distilled water) and four different concentrations of nacl including 50, 100, 150, 200 mm solutions. after disinfection, the root cutting was planted in a pot containing perlite, cocopeat, soil, sand in a ratio of 1:1:1:1:1. after the growth of the cutting, the desired traits in the plant were evaluated. the results of the analysis of variance of the traits showed that the height decreased with the increase of sodium chloride concentration and also the increase of salinity concentration caused the death of the seedlings of the 200mm treatment. the traits of stem diameter and stem length have a significant difference at the level of 1% and the traits of surface area leaves, number of roots, root fresh weight, root dry weight, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, and the ratio of dry weight of root to stem have a significant difference at the 5% level.
