گیاهان خطر ساز در فضای سبز

در بحث سلامت انسان و دام، معمولا به وجود بقایای کودها و سموم و افزودنی های شیمیایی در آب و غذا و وجود آلاینده های مختلف در محیط زندگی انسان و دام توجه می شود ولی به ترکیباتی که به طور طبیعی در گیاهان وجود دارد و می تواند برای سلامتی انسان و دام خطرناک باشد اهمیتی داده نمی شود که این بی توجهی عمدتا بعلت عدم شناخت این مواد و گیاهان حامل آنهاست. امروزه توجه به مواد سمی موجود در گیاهان و فرآورده های کشاورزی و دامی بقدری مهم شده است که انجام برخی آزمونها مانند آزمون پیرولیزیدین(pa) از سال 2013 در کشورهای اروپایی الزامی شده است که طی آن وجود برخی از این مواد مانند ترکیبات گروه الکالوئید پیرولیزیدین در محصولات مختلف کشاورزی کنترل می شود. پس از تصویب این قانون حجم قابل توجهی از مبادلات عسل با مناطق حاره دنیا بدلیل سمی شناخته شدن عسل این مناطق توسط این اتحادیه ممنوع گردید. با غالب شدن این گونه-های گیاهی در عرصه منابع طبیعی و یا توسعه سطح زیر کشت برخی از این گیاهان در فضای سبز شهری، پارکهای طبیعی و کوهستانی، احتمال بروز مسمومیت انسان و دام و تولید فرآورده های مختلف آلوده و بدنبال آن تحمیل هزینه های درمان به جامعه بیشترمی شود. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، معرفی برخی گیاهان خطر ساز در فضای سبز و نقش آنها در سلامت غذای انسان و دام است.
