تاثیر زمان و روش بازکاشت بر زنده مانی و شادابی نهال های دو ساله ارس

درخت ارس، با نام علمی juniperus excelsa )) درختی دو پایه ندرتا تک پایه ، از خانواده سروها cupressaceae، یکی از معدود سوزنی برگان بومی ایران و همین طور از معدود درختان ناحیه وسیع رویشی ایران و تورانی می باشد. به منظور تعیین بهترین زمان و روش انتقال نهال از بستر نهالستان به داخل گلدان آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل و درقالب طرح آزمایشی اسپیلت پلات انجام شد. تیمار ها عبارت بودند از سه زمان بازکاشت(آذر ، دی و فروردین) و سه روش انتقال ( به صورت ریشه لخت، نیمه لخت و همراه با خاک)، در کل 9 ترکیب تیمار که هر تیمار 4 تکرار و هر تکرار30 نهال را شامل می شد. نتایج تجزیه تحلیلها نشان داد که زمان و روش انتقال، تاثیر معنی داری روی زنده مانی نهالها داشته است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که زمان واثر متقابل زمان و روش انتقال تاثیر معنی داری روی شادابی نهالها داشته اند. در کل با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده می توان گفت که بهترین زمان و روش برای بازکاشت نهالهای ارس آذرماه و به صورت همراه با خاک می باشد.

effects of date and methods of transplanting on survival and vigourity of two years juniperus excelsa seedlings

juniperus excelsa is one member of cupressaceae family. it is largely dioecious with separate male and female plants, but some individual plants produce both sexes. this species is one of seldom conifers in iran, and one of seldom trees in irano turanian vest phytogeographical region. in order to, identification best time and method of seedling transplantation from nursery media into pots an experimentation in factorial experiment and split-plot design was carried outs. treatments include three transplantation date (azar, day and farvardin) and three transplanting method (root ball, semi bare and bare) with four replications and 30 seedlings in every replication. results of analysis showed that date and method of transplanting have significance effects on seedlings survival, results also show that date of transplanting and their interaction whit methods of transplanting have a significance effects on seedlings vigourity. in total due to results can suggested that best time and method to transplanting junipers seedlings, are end of autumn and by root ball method.
