مطالعه اثرات آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره بافری گیاه آدنیوم آبسوم بر روی رده سلولی کارسینومای کبدی

یکی از گیاهان دارویی سنتی در کشورهای آفریقایی و عربی که در درمان بسیاری از بیماری ها استفاده می شد آدنیوم آبسوم)obesum adenium )است. در این تحقیق، خواص آنتی اکسیدان عصاره آدنیوم آبسوم بر روی سلولهای سرطانی کبد(2hepg (مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تغییرات پتانسیل ردوکس سلول ها در سلول های تیمار شده با فعالیت کاتاالز، اکسید نیتریت آزاد شده و غلظت gsh تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که عصاره گیاهی حاوی غلظت های مختلف پروتئین )،0/2 0/75 و 3 میکروگرم در میلی لیتر( دارای اثرات ros بر روی سلولهای سرطانی کبد است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که به دنبال افزودن عصاره، مقدار no آزاد شده به محیط کشت به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت، در حالی که فعالیت آنزیم کاتاالز به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت. با این حال، محتوای gsh تغییر قابل توجهی نداشت. نتایج ما نشان دهنده اثرات آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره برگ سبز آدنیوم آبسوم بر رده سلولی کارسینومای کبدی است. این یافته پیشنهاد می کند که عصاره این گیاه می تواند کاندیدی برای داروهای ضدسرطانی باشد

studying the antioxidant effects of the buffer extract of adenium obesum plant on hepatocellular carcinoma cell line

adenium obesum is one of the traditional medicinal plants in african and arab countries that was used in the treatment of many diseases. in this research, the antioxidant properties of adenium obesum extract on liver cancer cells (hepg2) were investigated. changes in redox potential of cells in treated cells with catalase activity, released nitrite oxide and gsh concentration were determined. the results showed that plant extracts containing different protein concentrations (0.2, 0.75 and 3 μg/ml) have ros effects on liver cancer cells. the results showed that following the addition of the extract, the amount of no released into the culture medium increased significantly, while the activity of catalase enzyme decreased significantly. however, gsh content did not change significantly. our results show the antioxidant effects of adenium absum green leaf extract on hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. this finding suggests that the extract of this plant can be a candidate for anticancer drugs.
