ارتباط بیان -2cox و سرطان معده

سرطان معده در جهان بعنوان چهارمین سرطان شایع و دومین عامل مرگ بر اثر سرطان شناخته می شود. مطالعات زیادی افزایش میزان2 -cox در سلولهای ترانسفرم شده و اشکال مختلف سرطان را نشان داده اند. با توجه به اهمیت آنزیم سیکلو اکسیژناز 2- ) -2cox ) در سرطانهای لوله گوارش هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارتباط بیان -2cox در سرطان معده میباشد. در این مطالعه مورد شاهدی 30 نمونه بافت گاستروکارسینوما و 30 نمونه از بافت سالم اطراف آن به عنوان کنترل توسط جراح از مراجعه به بخش جراحی بیمارستان امام خمینی )ره (جمع آوری شد خصوصیات بافتهای سرطانی از جمله درگیری غدد لنفاوی، سایز تومور، مرحله بیماری، وضعیت تهاجم به عروق و مرحله بیماری مشخص شد جهت انجام واکنش pcr time real طراحی پرایمر و سنتزcdna صورت گرفته و واکنش آن در دستگاه rad-bio برای تعیین بیان ژن -2cox انجام شد. بیان -2cox در نمونه تومور در مقایسه نمونههای سالم افزایش غیر معنیداری نشان داد. همچنین، بین بیان -2cox و اندازه تومور ) p

association of cox-2 expression and gastric cancer

stomach cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the world and the second cause of death due to cancer. many studies have shown the increase of cox-2 in transformed cells and various forms of cancer. considering the importance of cyclooxygenase-2 (2cox-2) enzyme in digestive tract cancers, the aim of this study is the correlation of cox-2 expression in stomach cancer.in this case control study, 30 samples of gastrocarcinoma tissue and 30 samples of surrounding healthy tissue were collected by a surgeon from visiting the surgery department of imam khomeini hospital (ra). characteristics of cancerous tissues, including lymph node involvement, size tumor, stage of disease, state of vascular invasion and stage of disease were determined to perform real time pcr reaction, primer design and cdna synthesis was done and its reaction was performed in bio-rad machine to determine the expression of cox_x0002_2 gene. the expression of cox-2 in tumor samples showed a non-significant increase compared to healthy samples. also, there is a positive and significant relationship between cox-2 expression and tumor size (p1./.) and tumor stage (p>1./.). in other words, the expression of cox-2 has increased with the increase in tumor size, the progress of the tumor stage, and the increase in the number of lymph nodes in the tumor. considering the non-significant increase in the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 enzyme in human gastro carcinoma cells and the relationship between the gene expression of this enzyme and various tumor parameters, it seems that the cox-2 expression level should be investigated in further research by selecting tumor samples at the same stages. be investigated further.
