بررسی اثر غلظت های مختلف naa و ساکارز بر ریشه زایی درون شیشه گیاه gerbera jamesonii

ژربرا bolus jamesonii یکی از محبوب ترین گیاهان زینتی در جهان است و از طریق کشت بافت گیاهی قابلیت تولید انبوه در مدت زمان کوتاه وکیفیت مرغوب دارد. برای تکثیر این گیاه نیاز به محیط کشت با غلظت مشخصی از عناصر شیمیایی، مواد آلی و به منبع انرژی وجود دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین غلظت مناسب naa برای محیط کشت مورد استفاده و ارزیابی غلظت های مختلف ساکارز در کشت ریزنمونه های ژربرا اجرا شد. در این آزمایش ریزنمونههای کاپیتولوم دو رقم ژربرا شامل آرتیست و برلیانس به منظور بررسی تاثیر غلظتهای مختلف ساکارز در دو سطح 20 و 30 گرم در لیتر و تنظیم کننده رشد naa در دو غلظت 0 و 0/1 میلیگرم در لیتر کشت شدند. به جهت مناسبترین محیط کشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد استفاده از غلظت کمتر ساکارز باعث بهبود ریشه زایی ژربرا ش

the effect of different concentrations of sucrose-naa on rhizogenesis in vitro propagation of gerbera jamesonii

gerbera jamesonii bolus is a widely popular ornamental plant globally, and its micropropagation technique enables the production of a large number of high-quality, true-to-type plants in a short period of time. in vitro propagation of gerbera necessitates the use of culture media supplemented with specific concentrations of minerals, organic supplements, and energy sources. the objective of this study was to determine appropriate culture medium and evaluate different concentrations of sucrose and naphtalic acetic acid (naa) for in vitro development of gerbera explants. this research was conducted with the aim of determining the appropriate concentration of naa for the culture medium used and evaluating different concentrations of sucrose in the culture of gerbera explants. in this experiment, the capitulum explants of two gerbera cultivars, including artist and brilliance, were cultured in order to investigate the effect of different concentrations of sucrose at two levels of 20 and 30 grams per liter and growth regulator naa at two concentrations of 0 and 0.1 mg per liter. it was investigated for the most suitable culture medium and the results of this experiment showed that the use of lower concentration of sucrose improved the rhizogenesis of gerbera.
