بررسی خواص ضد میکروبی گل ختمی روی باکتری های استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشریشیاکلی

گل ختمی گیاهی زینتی است که در طب سنتی دارای خاصیت آنتی باکتریال می باشد. باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس عامل ایجاد طیف وسیعی از بیماری ها است که عفونت استافیلوکوکی پوست شایع ترین عفونت باکتریال در انسان است.همچنین باکتری اشرشیاکُلی شایعترین عامل عفونت دستگاه ادراری می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی خاصیت ضد میکروبی گیاه گل ختمی روی باکتری های استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشریشیا کلی است. در این مطالعه اثرات ضد باکتریایی غلظت های 25،12/5 50، و 100 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر گیاه گل ختمی روی باکتری های استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشریشیا کلی به روش انتشار از چاهک آگار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان دهنده اثرات مهاری عصاره گیاه گل ختمی روی رشد باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بود. رشد باکتری در اطراف چاهک استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس در غلظتهای 50 و100 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر مهار شده بود در حالی که در غلظتهای 12.5 و 25 مهار رشد˓ دیده نشد. همچنین استفاده از غلظت های مختلف عصاره گل ختمی˓ اثر مهاری روی رشد باکتری اشریشیاکلی نداشت. با توجه به مشاهدات این مطالعه میتوان نتیجه گرفت که عصاره گیاه گل ختمی˓ اثر ضد میکروبی روی باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس دارد. می توان امید داشت که در آینده از این گیاه و گیاهان مشابه در درمان عفونت های باکتریایی استفاده شود

investigating the antimicrobial properties of althaea officinalis on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli bacteria

althaea officinalis is an ornamental plant that has antibacterial properties in traditional medicine. staphylococcus aureus bacteria is the cause of a wide range of diseases, and staphylococcal skin infection is the most common bacterial infection in humans. also, escherichia coli bacteria is the most common cause of urinary tract infection. the aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial property of althaea officinalis plant on against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli bacteria. in this study was investigate the antibacterial effects of concentrations of 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 µg/ml of althaea officinalis on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli bacteria using the agar well diffusion method. the results of this study showed the inhibitory effects of althaea officinalis plant extract on the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria. the bacterial growth plate in around the well of staphylococcus aureus bacteria was inhibited at concentrations of 100 and 50 µg/ml, while it was not seen in concentrations of 12.5 and 50. also, the use of different concentrations of althaea officinalis extract had no inhibitory effect on the growth of escherichia coli bacteria. according to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that althaea officinalis plant extract has an antimicrobial effect on staphylococcus aureus bacteria. it is suggested that this plant and similar plants be used in the treatment of bacterial infections.
