pricing and coordination of the walnut centralized supply chain under weather-related performance and demand uncertainty

This research focuses on the analysis of pricing and coordination in walnut supply chain consisting of two tiers. the supply chain comprises two key entities: the gardener and the wholesale buyer. the gardener faces uncertain production performance based on weather fluctuations. in addition, the wholesale buyer also faces uncertain market demand which is not predictable and may fluctuate. in order to develop a coordination analysis, we first develop the model of a centralized supply chain. then, we obtained the optimal decisions of pricing and storage variable for the supply chain. moreover, we develop the supply chain partners for further analysis in future research.
