چکیده    Some versions of uncertainty in creating decision-making methods and techniques are based on parameter modeling which are extened from the concepts of fuzzy sets such as interval-values fuzzy sets, interval-valued fuzzy sets and neutrosophic sets. the theory of neutrosophic sets are a useful tools for handling incomplete, inconsistent, and unclear information. unlike fuzzy sets, neutrosophic set is defined with three‐dimensional membership functions to describe the degrees of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. in this study, we propose a new approach to order the decision which is invloved by the neutrosophic numbers based on topsis method. َand then proposed a modified scoring function for single-valued ranking in decision making problem.
