Increasing organizational productivity has always been one of the tar-gets of business owners. having a productive organization, in addition to creating a dynamic and up-to-date system, allows that organization to gain an acceptable share in the business world. data envelopment analysis is often used as a non-parametric method in evaluating the productivity of organizations, but what concerns business owners is not paying enough attention to the headquarters departments of organizations, how to evaluate assigned tasks, and also to customizing the internal valuation so that they can perform the evaluation in a more efficient way based on it. in this article, by defining the internal and external utilities for each project and using fuzzy logic, the evaluation of the headquarters units has been customized, and at the end, by using the classical methods of data envelopment analysis of the bcc model the productivity of the headquarters units it has been obtained.
