روش ساخت مواد مورد نیاز برای فرآوری در معدن از جمله کلکتور با کارایی بالا و بهینه شده

برای برنامه ریزی استخراجی ذخایر طبیعی کیفیت کانسار و مواد مورد نظر قبل از استخراج باید ارزیابی شود. هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارزیابی روش ساخت مواد مورد نیاز برای فراوری در معدن از جمله کلکتور با کارایی بالا و بهینه سازی می باشد. با توجه به مطالعات و آنالیزها نوع کانی که فلوئور آپاتیت مشخص شد و کانی های درگیر با آپاتیت و موجود در نمونه مواد مورد استفاده به این صورت مشخص می شود که مواد مورد استفاده در کارخانه فسفات اسفوردی،کلکتور، متفرق کننده، بازداشت کننده می باشند. با بررسی و تطبیق پارامترهای بهینه حد آن ها برای عیار اقتصادی 28 درصد p205 مشخص شد نمونه مورد مطالعه در بهترین شرایط آزمایش به عیار 29/47 درصد p20 با بازیابی مطلوب 82/8 درصد p205 رسید. با توجه به مطالعات و آزمایشات انجام شده بر روی نمونه های کانی رسوبی کم عیار فسفات و همچنین طراحی آزمایش به کمک نرم افزار dx7 بخش response surface-central composite در روش فلوتاسیون با حذف مقدار بالای گانگ کربناته و افزایش قابلیت شناورسازی کلسیت نسبت به آپاتیت به کمک کلکتور ساخته شده gj-mrap1 و بهینه سازی پارامترهای اثرگذار همچون ph و مقدار کلکتور، مقادیر پارامترهای مورد نیاز برای آزمایشات تکمیلی انتخاب شد و همچنین دما در تمامی آزمایش ها دمای اتاق و آب مورد استفاده در تمامی آزمایش ها، آب شیر معمولی می باشد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق زمانی نتیجه آزمایشات انجام گرفته در یک مطالعه مورد تایید می باشد که علاوه بر پاسخ های مطلوب از نقطه نظر فنی و اقتصادی نیز قابل توجیه و قابل پذیرش باشد یکی از مواردی که پاسخ ها را بر این اساس تحلیل نموده و با صرف هزینه و زمان کمتر نتایج را مطلوب و مورد پذیرش می نماید استفاده از نرم افزارهای طراحی آزمایش می باشد که علاوه بر کاهش آزمایشات با بهینه سازی آن ها بهترین شرایط و مقادیر را می توان از طریق آن استخراج کرد.
