جایگاه ساحت‌ «تربیت هنری» معلمان با کاربرد هنر در آموزش(تربیت دانش‌آموزان خلاق و کارآفرین)

آموزش یکی از نیازهای جامعه امروز ماست. فرآیند یادگیری علمی ومهارتی است، که ازطریق یاددهنده به یادگیرنده انتقال پیدا می کند. اطلاعات، مفاهیم و بالا بردن انگیزش دانش آموزان به یادگیری در امر آموزش به عینه دیده می شود. هدف پژوهش در این فرآیند جایگاه ساحت تربیت هنری معلمان به بهترین آموزش وانتقال مهارت و دانش افزایی معلمان ،کاربرد هنر در آموزش است. ضرورت نیاز به آموزش درقالب سواد هنری ورسیدن به مهارت هنری در همگان احساس می شود. توانایی تدریس آموزش هنری را در پیش روی معلمان با تربیت هنری در کشف وشهود خلاقیت ،به تربیت دانش آموزان خلاق ، نوآور و کارآفرین می رسد. روش تحقیق دراین پژوهش به روش توصیفی و تحلیل داده های متنی بررسی شده است. مهمترین یافته های پژوهش فراهم کردن دانش لازم در زمینه ساحت تربیت هنری معلمان برای برنامه درسی در تربیت دانش آموزان خلاق و کارآفرین است.از این رو توجه بیشتر به تولیدآثار هنری و امکان بهبود یافتن کیفیت آفرینش خلاق معلمان با کاربرد هنر در بین دانش آموزان باساحت تربیت هنری در مدارس مورد انتظار است.

the position of the field of 'art education' of teachers with the use of art in education (educating creative students)

education is one of the needs of our society today. the learning process is scientific and skill, which is transferred from the teacher to the learner. information, concepts and raising the motivation of students to learn can be seen directly in the matter of education. the purpose of the research in this process is the place of the field of artistic training of teachers to the best education and the transfer of skills and knowledge of teachers, the use of art in education. the need for education in the form of artistic literacy is felt by everyone. the ability to teach art education in front of teachers with artistic education in discovering and intuition of creativity, reaches the training of creative, innovative and entrepreneurial students. the research method in this study was analyzed by descriptive method and textual data analysis. the most important findings of the research is to provide the necessary knowledge in the field of artistic training of teachers for the curriculum in the education of creative and entrepreneurial students. therefore, more attention should be paid to the production of artistic works and the possibility of improving the quality of creative creation of teachers by using art among students. art education is expected in schools.
