تجزیه و تحلیل قوانین انجمنی مبتنی بر الگوریتم اپریوری برای کشف ارتباط بین ایرادات مطرح شده توسط مشتریان صنعت خودرو

امروزه داده ها نقش اساسی را در زندگی ما ایفا می کنند به طوریکه کشف درست الگوهای موجود از داده ها می تواند موجب دستیابی سازمان ها به اهداف خود شوند. قوانین انجمنی، یکی از روش های داده کاوی است. در این تحقیق برای نخستین بار به بررسی قوانین انجمنی با استفاده از الگوریتم اپریوری روی داده های کیفیت خودرو پرداخته شده است و ارتباط 276 ایراد موجود در پروژه کیفیت خودرو که توسط مشتریان مطرح شده، مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. مجموعه داده‌های تحقیق از داده‌های نظرسنجی شده، در بازه زمانی 9 ماهه (از شش ماهه دوم سال 1401 تا سه ماهه اول سال 1402) می باشد که تعداد 12435 پرسشنامه تکمیل شده در حوزه رضایت سنجی از کیفیت خودرو توسط شرکت بازرسی کیفیت و استاندارد ایران به عنوان ورودی تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج قوانین انجمنی نشان داد، که در خودروی تارا دنده ای، کیفیت پایین دیسک و صفحه کلاچ، لرزش اتاق هنگام کلاچ گرفتن می تواند منجر به بدجا رفتن دنده شود، در خودرو تارا اتومات، بررسی تسمه‌ها و روغن موتور، می‌تواند موجب بر طرف شدن ایراد پایین بودن شتاب شود و در خودرو شاهین نیز روغن‌سوزی موتور، صدای اضافی از اگزوز و تسمه‌ها می‌توانند دلایلی برای ایجاد صدای نامناسب در داخل اتاق باشند.

analysis of associative rules based on apriori algorithm for discover the relationship between the problems raised by customers in the automotive industry

today, data plays an essential role in our lives, so that the correct discovery of existing data patterns can help organizations achieve their goals. association rules are one of the data mining methods. in this research, for the first time, association rules have been investigated using the apriori algorithm on automotive quality data, and the relationship of 276 defects in the automotive quality project raised by customers has been investigated and analyzed. the research data set is from the surveyed data, in the period of 9 months (from the second half of 1401 to the first quarter of 1402), which includes 12,435 completed questionnaires in the field of automotive quality satisfaction by iran quality and standard inspection company. the results of the association rules showed that in tara mt automotive , the low quality of the disc and clutch plate, the vibration of the room when clutching can lead to failure of the gear in the tara at automotive , checking the belts and engine oil can cause the problem is low acceleration in the shahin automotive , engine oil burning, extra noise from the exhaust and belts can be reasons for creating inappropriate noise inside the room.
