ارائه الگوی توسعه شهری بر اساس قابلیتهای هوشمندسازی شهرها

امروزه هوشمندسازی شهرها یکی از مهم ترین و اساسی ترین موضوعات برای مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهرها است که از طریق آن می توان شهر را بهتر مدیریت و با ایجاد ساز و کارهای هوشمندانه سطح رفاه را ارتقاء و خدمات مطلوب تری را به شهروندان و جامعه هدف ارائه نمود، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی زیرساخت ها و قابلیت هوشمندسازی شهر می باشد در این پژوهش که با روش تحلیلی _توصیفی انجام شد ویژگی های مختلف شهر هوشمند را مورد تحقیق قرار داده و برا ساس یافته های این پروژه هوشمندسازی باعث ایجاد فرصت های جدید ، افزایش کارایی ها، بهره-مندی و بهره وری بیشتر خواهد شد به گونه ایی که فناوری های دیجیتالی و هوشمند موجبات ایجاد و توسعه ی فرصت های شغلی جدید و به دنبال آن رشد در همه مولفه های زندگی را فراهم می آورد، سرعت طراحی و ارائه خدمات و محصولات را بالا برده و زمینه ارتقاء خلاقیت ها را افزایش داده و رشد نوآوری و اختراعات را موجب میگردد . هوشمندسازی منجر به پیشرفت و جهانی شدن بیش از پیش می شود وسرعت پیشرفت در کشورهای در حال توسعه را افزایش داده و در نتیجه در کاهش فاصله این کشورها با کشورهای پیشرفته نقش موثری خواهد داشت. وصل شدن به شبکه های جهانی تحت عنوان هوشمندسازی با سهولت بیشتری میسر میگردد با توجه به سنتی بودن بسیاری از عوامل موثر بر توسعه و پیشرفت، دولت بایستی اعتبارات لازم را جهت ایجاد زیرساخت های ارتباطی کشور به عمل آورد تا بسترهای مناسب و امن برای هوشمندسازی محیا گردد. پیشنهادهایی که برای این شهرها ارائه شده بد ین شرح است: ارائه مدل مالی جدید بر اساس ظرفیت های شهرها، ترغیب سرمایه گذاران در زمینه های تحقیقاتی و فناورانه ، ترغیب سرمایه گذاران برای سرمایه گذاری بیشتر در زمینه هوشمندسازی شهر ، تولید و بکارگیری انرژی های نو ، کمک از مراکز آموزشی برای ترویج آموزش شهروندی، حمایت از ایده های نوین شهروندان در مسائل شهری و تقویت خلاقیت و نوآوری آنان، استفاده از سیستم های حمل و نقل هوشمند با پشتیبانی فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و... با پیشنهادها و بررسی هایی که در این پروژه ارائه شده است دسترسی به شهرهای هوشمند سریعتر و قابلیت هوشمندسازی بهتر فراهم خواهدشد.

abstract today, making cities smart is one of the most important and basic issues for city managers and planners, through which the city can be better managed and by creating smart mechanisms, the level of well-being can be improved and more favorable services can be provided to the citizens and the society. the purpose of this research is to investigate the infrastructure and smartness of the city. in this research, which was done with descriptive-analytical method, it investigated the different characteristics of the smart city and based on the findings of this smartness project, it created new opportunities. , the increase in efficiency, benefit and productivity will be increased in such a way that digital and smart technologies will cause the creation and development of new job opportunities, followed by growth in all components of life, the speed of design and presentation it raises the services and products and increases the field of promotion of creativity and causes the growth of innovation and inventions. intelligentization leads to progress and globalization more than ever and increases the speed of progress in developing countries and thus will play an effective role in reducing the distance between these countries and developed countries. connecting to global networks under the title of intelligentization is more easily possible, considering the traditional nature of many factors affecting development and progress, the government should provide the necessary funds to create the communication infrastructure of the country in order to provide suitable and safe platforms for intelligentization. be made the proposals for these cities are as follows: presenting a new financial model based on cities capacities, encouraging investors in research and technological fields, encouraging investors to invest more in the field of smartening the city, producing and using new energies, helping educational centers to promote citizenship education, supporting from the new ideas of citizens in urban issues and strengthening their creativity and innovation, the use of intelligent transportation systems with the support of information and communication technology and... with the suggestions and reviews presented in this project, access to smart cities will be provided faster and better smarting capabilities
