محیط زیست پایدار و حرکت به سوی شهر هوشمند

فعالیتهای بشری در قرنهای متمادی منجر به مداخله در طبیعت و بروز بحرانها و مخاطرات متعددی شدهاست. تولید بیش از حدِ گازهای گلخانه ای از جملة این بحرانها است که منجر به برهم خوردن تعادل طبیعی در جو زمین و رخدادِ پدیدة گرمایش زمین شدهاست. از سوی دیگر، بشر در مسیر پیشرفت خود هرگز متوقف نخواهدشد و در تلاش برای کسب دستاوردها و موفقیتهای بیشتر در کشف و توسعة علوم و فناوری است. بنابراین توقف کامل روند تولید گازهای گلخانه ای از طریق کنترل فعالیتهای بشری امکانپذیر نخواهدبود. آنچه برای این مهم لازم است؛ تغییر مسیر پیشرفت بشر با حرکت به سمت فعالیتهای کم کربن و بی کربن است که ضمن تضمین ادامة توسعه ها و فعالیتهای بشری، بروز بحرانهای مذکور را کنترل کرده و سپس به سمت برطرفنمودن آنها به پیش میرود. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر ابتدا با استفاده از روش کیفی و مطالعات کتابخانها ی به تشریح مفاهیم و نظریه ها پیرامون گازهای گلخانه ای، مخاطرات ناشی از آنها و نیز هفت نظریة موثر در تغییرات اقلیمی پرداخته شد و سپس لزوم توسعة شهرهای هوشمند و کاهش انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای با کمینه کردن و حذف مصرف منابع کربندار مورد بحث واقع شد. در نهایت نیز پیشنهادهایی برای پذیرش و اقدام مطرح شد که میتواند متضمن نیل به اهداف محیطزیست پایدار و شهر هوشمند کم کربن و بی کربن باشد

sustainable environment and moving towards a smart city

abstract human activities during continuous centuries has led to interventions within the nature and occurrence of various crises and disasters. over-production of greenhouse gases is one of the aforementioned crises which brings about disturbance of natural balance in the atmosphere and consequently, occurrence of global warming. on the other hand, human beings will not ever halt in their way toward progression and is continuously struggling for further succession and achievements in discovering and developing science and technology. therefore, what is necessary in here, is to reroute this progression through moving toward low-carbon and no-carbon activities that guarantee the continuity of human activities in addition to controlling and eliminating aforementioned crises. in this regard, the current study describes concepts and theories about greenhouse gases, their consequent disasters and seven influential theories about global warming, utilizing qualitative method and library studies, then the need to develop smart cities and reduction in greenhouse gases emissions by minimizing and eliminating carbon-based resources was discussed. finally, recommendations were delivered to accept the issues and take actions in order to achieve sustainable environment goals and low-carbon and no-carbon smart cities
