بررسی راهبرد مدیریت سرمایه در گردش و مدیریت اعتباری در سلامت عملکرد بانک‌ها (تاکید بر نقش نظارت مالی ذیل قانون جدید بانک مرکزی)

بانک‌ها به عنوان اهرم‌هایی در سیاست‌های کلان اقتصادی از طریق تنظیم و تعدیل، سیاست‌های پولی را به اجرا درآورده و در کنترل تورم نقش بسزایی ایفا می‌نمایند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر کیفیت نظارت مالی بر رابطه راهبرد مدیریت سرمایه درگردش و مدیریت اعتباری با عملکرد مالی بانک‌های پذیرفته شده در سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجام شده است. این تحقیق کاربردی است و نظریه‌پردازی آن به روش استقرایی و بر مبنای یافته‌های تحقیقات تجربی صورت پذیرفت. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده از نوع همبستگی است و مدل آماری مورد استفاده جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها از نوع رگرسیون چند متغیره است. نمونه از 20 بانک که به روش حذف سیستماتیک به جای ماندند تشکیل شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق در نرم‌افزار eviews انجام شد از طریق آزمون مانایی، ناهمسانی واریانس، آزمون خود همبستگی خطاها و... که مفروضات زیربنایی مدل رگرسیونی هستند؛ به نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش پرداخته شد و در ادامه همبستگی داده‌ها و برآورد مدل رگرسیونی پژوهش آزمون شد. نتایج به منظور انتخاب روش برای استفاده از داده‌های ترکیبی، بین مدل پانل دیتا و تلفیقی آزمون چاو برای برآورد مدل رگرسیونی انجام شد که نتایج آن انتخاب مدل داده‌های تابلویی بود. همچنین برای آزمون‌های اضافی نتایج آزمون چاو مدل آثار ثابت انتخاب که با آزمون هاسمن مدل آثار تصادفی تعیین شد. با توجه به آثار و نتایج مدل رگرسیونی فرضیه‌های تحقیق و همچنین نتایج آزمون‌های اضافی برای رد فرضیه‌های تحقیق دلیل محکمی وجود نداشت و تمامی فرضیه‌های تحقیق که حاکی از ارتباط معنادار تنوع‌بخشی بر کیفیت حسابرسی بود، پذیرفته شدند و مدل مفهومی تحقیق مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

investigating the relationship between working capital management strategy, credit management and financial performance health in banks with the moderating role of quality of financial supervision based on the new law of the central bank of islamic republic of iran

banks as levers in macroeconomic policies through tuning and andjustment, banks implement monetary policies and play a significant role in controlling inflation. the present research aims to investigate the effect of the quality of financial supervision on the relationship between working capital management strategy and relationship of credit management with financial performance of accepted banks in tehran stock exchange organization has been done. this research is practical and its theorizing was done in an inductive way and based on the findings of experimental research. the research method used is correlation and the statistical model used to test hypotheses is multivariate regression. the sample consists of 20 banks that were left in place by the method of systematic elimination. the analysis of research data was done in 'eviews' software through sustainability test, variance heterogeneity, error autocorrelation test, etc., which are the underlying assumptions of the regression model; the conclusion of the research was discussed and then the correlation of the data and the estimation of the regression model of the research were tested. the results were done in order to choose the method to use the combined data, between the panel data model and the combined chow test to estimate the regression model, the results of which were the selection of the panel data model. also, for the additional tests, the results of the chau test of the fixed effects model were selected, which were determined by the hosman test of the random effects model. according to the effects and results of the regression model, hypotheses of the research as well as the results of the supplementary tests, there was no reason to reject the hypotheses of the research and all the hypotheses of the research were accepted and the conceptual research model was confirmed.
