بررسی راهکارهای پدافند غیر عامل در طراحی ایستگاه‌های اتش‌نشانی (مطالعه موردی :ایستگاه اتش‌نشانی مرکزی شهرستان بجنورد)

در طول تاریخ، بشر همواره در ادوار مختلف زندگی، جهت حفظ امنیت و حیات خود، به دنبال مکانی ایمن بوده است،که بتواند خود را از مخاطرات طبیعی و غیر‌طبیعی در امان بدارد. از دیرباز حریق یکی از تهدیدها و مخاطرات مهم زندگی بشر بوده است که این تهدید در شرایط بحران و ازدحام می‌تواند منجر به یک فاجعه‌ی انسانی گردد.به جهت عملکردهای پیچیده امدادرسانی، همواره از راهکارهای مختلفی درجهت حفظ کارآمدی سازمان اتش‌نشانی و ارائه خدمات امدادی بهتر و سریع‌تر درهر زمان بهره گرفته شده است،که این امر در زمان بحران از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار می‌گردد، با توجه قدمت زیاد ساختمان اتش‌نشانی مرکزی بجنورد وضرورت باز طراحی این بنا در اینده نزدیک،وشرایط مرزی استان با کشورهای همسایه که لزوم امادگی استان را در برابر حملات جنگی دوچندان می‌نماید، مارا براین داشت که در این پژوهش به تبیین رابطه میان معماری و دفاع غیرعامل در بناهای حیاتی و حساس کشور از جمله ساختمان اتش‌نشانی بپردازیم ، به دیگر سخن اینکه چگونه می‌توان با استفاده از راهکارهای معماری، موجبات کاهش آسیب‌پذیری ساختمان‌های حساس و حیاتی کشور، ازجمله بناهای اتش‌نشانی را در شرایط بحران ایجاد نمود، سوالی است که این مقاله در پی پاسخ به آن میباشد.این پژوهش که از نوع توسعه ای -کاربردی، به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد، در ابتدا داده ها از منابع اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهدات میدانی به دست آمده اند.سپس با استفاده از مبانی نظری و ادبیات تحقیق، تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها انجام و اصول و معیارهای موردنظر استخراج شد.و مطالعات انجام شده در ساختمان اتش‌نشانی مرکزی شهرستان بجنورد، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. که نتایج بررسی‌ها حاکی از آن است که وضعیت فعلی بنای اتش‌نشانی مرکزی بجنورد مطابقت کمی با اصول و ضوابط پدافند غیر عامل داشته است. و در انتها ، به ارائه راهکارهایی جهت بازطراحی بنای اتش‌نشانی از نقطه ‌نظر طراحی معماری بر اساس الزامات پدافند غیرعامل ارائه گردیده است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان‌دهنده این است که با رعایت الزامات پدافند غیرعامل در خصوص مکان‌یابی، طراحی ‌محوطه، طراحی حجم بنا، طراحی فضاهای داخلی مجموعه و طراحی فضاهای امن و پناه‌گاه، ضمن ایجاد آمادگی در مواقع بحران، می‌تواند به ادامه عملکرد امدادرسانی این سازمان و کاهش خسارات بنا در برابر تهدیدات نظامی کمک شایانی نماید.

investigation of non-active defense solutions in the design of fire stations (case study: central fire station of bojnord city)

throughout history, human beings have always looked for a safe place to protect themselves from natural and unnatural dangers in order to maintain their safety and life. for a long time, fire has been one of the important threats and dangers of human life, and this threat can lead to a human disaster in crisis and crowding conditions. due to the complicated disaster relief operation, various solutions have always been used to maintain the efficiency of the firefighting organization and provide better and faster relief services at any time, which becomes more important in times of crisis, as mentioned in this article. the explanation of the relationship between architecture and passive defense in critical and sensitive buildings of the country, in other words, how to reduce the vulnerability of critical and pivotal buildings of the country, such as fire-proof buildings, in crisis situations, by using architectural solutions, is a question that the article seeks to answer it. this research, which is of an applied type, with a descriptive and analytical method, at first, using the desk research, has studied the requirements of passive defense in the design of vital and sensitive spaces, and then has been studied these requirements in the central fire building of bojnord city, has been studied.the results of the investigations indicate that the current state of the central fire station in bojnord has little compliance with the principles and rules of non-active defense. and finally, after analyzing the positive and negative points of the existing building, solutions have been presented to improve the design of the fireproof building from the point of view of architectural design based on the requirements of passive defense. the results of the present study show that by complying with the requirements of passive defense in terms of location, perimeter design, building volume design, design of interior spaces of the complex and design of safe spaces and shelters, and with preparing in critical periods, it would help the rescue operation of this organisation and decreasing damage to the building against military threats the relief performance of this organization and reduce damage to the building can help against military threats.
