بررسی میزان آشنایی پزشکان با هوش مصنوعی

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی میزان آشنایی پزشکان با هوش مصنوعی و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آن بود. این مطالعه به روش پیمایشی و توصیفی انجام شد و داده‌ ها از طریق پرسش ‌نامه ‌ای که به صورت تصادفی بین پزشکان شاغل در بیمارستان ‌ها و مراکز درمانی شهر تبریز توزیع شد، جمع‌آوری گردید. برای تحلیل داده ‌ها از نرم‌افزار maxqda استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل جمعیت‌ شناختی نظیر سن و تجربه کاری، به‌ویژه در پزشکان جوان‌تر و با تجربه کمتر، تاثیر قابل توجهی بر میزان آشنایی با هوش مصنوعی دارند. همچنین، تخصص‌ های پزشکی نظیر جراحی و داخلی با میزان آشنایی بیشتری با هوش مصنوعی همراه بودند. از سوی دیگر، شرکت در دوره‌ های آموزشی مرتبط و دسترسی به منابع آموزشی به طور مثبت بر آشنایی پزشکان تاثیرگذار بود. همچنین، نگرانی ‌های اخلاقی و حقوقی به عنوان یکی از موانع اصلی در پذیرش هوش مصنوعی توسط پزشکان شناسایی شد. بر اساس یافته‌ های این پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌های آموزشی تخصصی، افزایش دسترسی به منابع آموزشی و توسعه چارچوب ‌های اخلاقی و حقوقی شفاف برای پذیرش بهتر هوش مصنوعی در میان پزشکان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

examining the level of familiarity of doctors with artificial intelligence

the purpose of this research was to investigate the level of familiarity of doctors with artificial intelligence and to identify factors affecting it. this study was conducted in a survey and descriptive method and the data was collected through a questionnaire that was randomly distributed among doctors working in hospitals and medical centers in tabriz city. maxqda software was used for data analysis.the results showed that demographic factors such as age and work experience, especially in younger doctors with less experience, have a significant effect on the level of familiarity with artificial intelligence. also, medical specialties such as surgery and internal medicine were associated with a higher level of familiarity with artificial intelligence. on the other hand, participation in related training courses and access to educational resources had a positive effect on the familiarity of doctors. also, ethical and legal concerns were identified as one of the main obstacles in the acceptance of artificial intelligence by doctors.based on the findings of this research, it is suggested that specialized training programs, increasing access to educational resources, and developing clear ethical and legal frameworks should be considered for better acceptance of artificial intelligence among doctors.
