شرکت‌ها نقش عمده‌ای در تحقیق، توسعه و استقرار هوش مصنوعی (ai) ایفا می‌کنند که پیامدهای عمیقی برای جامعه دارد. شرکت‌هایی که به‌دنبال هوش مصنوعی هستند ممکن است روی توانایی سیستم‌های اتوماسیونی کم‌کارآمد متمرکز شوند و بر این اساس از یک فرصت مهم چشم‌پوشی کنند؛ چراکه هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند نقش بسزایی در حاکمیت شرکتی داشته باشد.هوش‌مصنوعی می‌تواند به ساده‌سازی فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری کمک کرده و ایده‌های خلاقانه‌ای را از نطفه تا ایجاد دانشی داده‌محور منجر شود و بر این اساس نه‌تنها به پیش‌بینی آینده مطلوب سازمان کمک کرده بلکه سبب تعالی رهبری سازمانی نیز شود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی کاربردها و چالش های بکارگیری از هوش مصنوعی در حاکیت شرکتی به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استناد به مطالعات کتابخانه ای انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که یکی از بزرگ‌ترین پیشرفت‌ها در سازوکارهای حاکمیت شرکتی ناشی از ارزیابی داده‌ها خواهد بود. نیازی نیست که بر اساس احساسات خود قضاوت کرده ‌یا به گزارش‌هایی که فاقد اطلاعات مناسبی برای تصمیم‌گیری هستند اعتماد کنید.از دیگر سو اساسا با بهره‌مندی از هوش‌مصنوعی در جلسات هیات‌مدیره می‌توانید نسبت به سفارشی‌سازی اسناد و گزارش‌ها متناسب نیاز مدیر مربوطه اقدام کرده و زمان بیشتری برای تصمیم‌سازی‌های ارزشمند برای آنها ایجاد کنید
